[Released] Kubberz: My pokemon dream game

    Hey everyone, My name is Luiz Lemos, Im a game designer and a big pokemon fan.
    I don't know how many of you had the pleasure of playing pokemon generations, a fan game made by a guy called Jordan Scott back in 2011. Well, I did, and since then I got absolutely in love with the real time combat idea. I mean, we do have pokken and pokemon unite nowadays and both are great games that I played a ton of, but imho they lack that monster taming + adventure aspect that makes games from the main series so unique( plus I wouldn't call them real time combat, but more like fighting and/or MOBA games).
    So in 2019 I started to develop my own monster taming game , called Kubberz.

    The Alpha will be a Free-for-all 12 players combat and you'll be able to choose between 10 different kubberz (for now)!

    doesn't looks like a far dream right now

    besides it looks amazing, for me the fact that you can controll a pokemon outside of battle and explore the world adds a lot of fun to
    having what ever pokemon you like over a pokemon that is strong.

    Thanks a lot, ROn, it means a lot this kind of feedback! We already started working on some optimizations for the combat and it already feels much better =D
     
    I believe I added some screenshots in "media"! And yes, the whole game is inspired in pokemon and monster taming in general. So the base elements like capturing, collecting, training monsters are all there. The core difference is the combat system, which is real time instead of turn based! For now, in the alpha, you can only play the PvP (we have bots as well), so we can test the combat as much as possible and collect feedback, but in future updates, we'll have more of the monster taming features added!

    Just wanted to bring some updates on where we stand right now!
    So far we had over 70k downloads and a ton of amazing feedback on gameplay, so we changed some minor things to make the game feel more fluid and interesting!
    Now we are working on the main point of the game, which is capturing and exploring and we are super hyped about it! We participated on a event called "monster taming direct" a few days ago (I recommend you all watch it, its like Disney world for pokefans haha) and this was our presentation!
