This game is about Kirby, where ine night while Kirby is sleeping a giant beanstalk called the Dreamstalk begins growing under Dream Land and carries various landmarks including Kirby's house and King Dedede's castle into the sky. When Kirby wakes up the next morning he finds he is in a new land called Floralia located high in the skies above Dream Land. Kirby makes his way to Dedede's Castle and finds that the culprit behind the Dreamstalk is a six-armed, caterpillar-like being named Taranza that has captured Dedede and has him trapped in a prism made of light. Kirby ascends the Dreamstalk and gives chase after Taranza to rescue Dedede and set things right in Dream Land once more. What do you think of the game, and will you be purchasing it? If so, why? If not, why not?

Main Playable Characters: Kirby!

I tried to get it yesterday but my local GameStop had no copies left. :((( Tomorrow I'm going out again since he said they'd get more in stock Tuesdays/Thursdays, crossing my fingers. But at the same time I'm almost hoping they won't have any more left since I've a test to study for and this game would be way too distracting.

As a Kirby fan I'm still quite excited, though. Been ages since I played one!

I have it and am at 95% completion, because even with the OP beetle Kirby I can't beat true arena.

Really excited about this! Kirby games are the only platformers I consider myself good at. XD I have so many other Kirby games I need to complete though...Return to Dreamland and everything on the 20th Anniversary disc, aside from Crystal Shards...AH. Whatever. Adding one more to the laundry list won't hurt. :) I just need the money first...

As much as I would like to get it... I haven't had the opportunity... But yeah, I'm a big Kirby fan and I would love to play this game. If I ever get the chance...

It's been a while since I'd actually played a Kirby game, so I'm definitely giving this one a go. Personally, I think it would be great if it had few places here and there that resembled to those from Crystal Shards; in all of Kirby, Crystal Shards, in my opinion, had few of the best levels, and I've enjoyed getting through each and every one of them. :] I wonder if they've introduced any new copy abilities here? If they did, then that's great; can't wait to try them, haha. I might go on YouTube later on and check out few of its gameplay videos, just to see if I'd actually enjoy it or not.

Forgot to mention it here but I got the game on Wednesday. :D Hardly played since I had to study though but now that that's out of the way I can jump back into it again. The 3D effect is surprisingly smooth; doesn't hurt the eyes at all but still pops nicely. Happy with that, probably the first 3DS game that has been bearable in 3D for over a minute.

Eh, Mario and Luigi: Dream Team looked really good in 3D.

^I still need to pick that one up!

Anyways, beat story mode yesterday. Good grief though it feels like the boss battles would never end. There were way more than I expected; as soon as I thought I was done another popped into my face. No complaints though because it was quite epic, especially the hypernova finale. 10/10 would play through again!

Aaaand now it's time for Dededetour. :D

This game is filled with so many references and Easter Eggs, it makes you think that this game was going to be our 20th anniversary title but got delayed and instead got Kirby's Dream Collection. I am at 72% of completing the game. I just need to beat Kirby Fighters, obtain all platinum metals on Dedede's Drum Dash, beat Dedede Tour, collect all keychains, and beat the arenas.

Okay, so I traded in my copy of Yoshi's New Island for this game and so far, I really like it. I'm only three stages in, but I'm looking forward to completing it, which is more than I can say for how I felt three stages into YNI. Felt like that was going to be a chore. :(

I really like keychains as collectibles! Reminds me of the enemy cards from Crystal Shards, which were also tons of fun to collect. I got sad when I had them all and couldn't get any more. XD

Tell me more about this game! I really liked the crystal shards collectibles which gives me a good sign about this game! How are the kirby abilities? Come in good varieties? :3

I haven't gotten to play since I last posted, but I really like the new Bell ability. :) Hypernova is kind of meh and I'd say that's probably my least favorite thing, but there's so much good going for the game that I don't really mind the hypernova parts (it's basically forced on you to progress, but like I said, there's so much good that I can excuse it).

I talked to someone on here about it, I think that's kind of cool how there's gameplay after the game and you can collect keychains. My boyfriend and I are gonna eventually get the game.

Ooh yes, the Bell ability is super fun! I really liked messing around with that one so I almost always nabbed it when I had the chance. I did run through a lot of stages with Hammer though; it's super strong and has always been one of my favorites.

The final boss took me a while.. I mean geesh, like five boss forms before you're done. Felt like it wasn't ever going to end.

I love the powers that make Kirby move differently, like skating with ice Kirby and beetle Kirby's cute little buzzing wings.

Beetle is also a cool new ability. I really like the added touch of the wings fluttering when you fly instead of the normal animation. Really nice attention to detail!
