    I've always wondered what the deal with this pOkemon is, and he seems like a mix of Phione and Palkia, only a non-legendary of course. I never rly knew the strategy nor have i encountered one and i ALSO feel creative with sets today so here goes nutin'

    KingDra is a Dragon with only 1 Weakness, and all its stats are 95 cept its HP and Speed, making it able to be a Physicle or Special Attacker which ever the users choses.

    I personally think this set is better

    Kingdra
    Adament
    Sniper Ability

    Moveset

    Dragon Dance
    WaterFall
    Draco Meteor
    Hidden Power "Grass"

    Or A modest one with

    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Agility
    Dragon Pulse "or Signal Beam"
     
    Agility is a waste of a slot.

    Rain Dance with Swift Swim is a far superior choice. Doubles speed, & raises STAB.
     
    how come sp. atk's are still used inside adament nature?? i dont understand that =/

    That's what i was pretty much going for with rain dance+swift swim

    Um so your telling me a high crit chance, double speed is not as good as that huh ? Ok thats your opinion and I'll respect it but your wrong IMO

    I just noticed that. The only thing Adamant powers up is Waterfall, while actually powering DOWN his other moves. Hidden Power is useless if you power it down.

    I don't get Adamant either. Plus, Draco Meteor makes any Hidden Power weak.

    EDIT:Getting higher lucky hits means nothing. He's not a sweeper with Sniper. I will eliminate him quickly before he gets a critical. Plus, it might not work when needed! Thats the danger of relying on luck than a solid strategy.

    Relying on a strategy of luck is stupid, no offense. Wow, I might get critical! Much better than a solid strategy!

    Drapion makes better use of Sniper.

    Plus, Rain Dance also gives him higher STAB. 50% boost to Water moves, along with STAB, PLUS he's fast enough to sweep>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>higher chance to get lucky with criticals.

    Listen Post your move set be on, stop critising everything everyone says. Iv been watching you and thats all you do. Dont like my moveset well you make one seriusly.
     
    OK, get over yourself. I am actually helping him. If you don't like being corrected, too bad. If I said your set was good, then its ok to critisize your set. But I didn't. It was flawed. I pointed them out, so he, the threadmaker, could know better. I'm not doing this for you, I'm doing it for him.

    but anyway guys please dont argue =D please help with my set. Whadya think of the current EV's?? Shuld any ev's go in speed to help with dance??

    First, we weren't argueing. He gave flawed advice, which hurts you. I correct him, but he's too good to get corrected.

    EV's, hmm, I'm lousy at those. Do you want mixed, or just plain SP.Sweeper?

    well i'd wana go OVER how different possibilities with Kingdra would be, mixed, physical, OR special, but nonetheless they all need the speed from dance
     
    Well, whadda know, I have an admirer!

    Ignoring him, he can be mixed using Waterfall. Dragon Pulse hits everything Surf does, cept Steel. HP Grass, I don't see the point.
     
    Grass was there to kill other waters and to kill swampert. I dunno, it WOULD be versatile with a certain hp i jus havent hit on it yet =/
     
    I forgot about bulky waters. Sure, Grass isvreasonable, although I prefer the straight up SP.Sweeper.

    A Rain Dance Team? Meh, seems overkill. Rain Dance doesn't hurt anybody. So you don't need to dedicate all whole team to it. Sandstorm, yes. It hurts your own pokes. Rain Dance, no. You can freely use it. Especially with Thunder Starmie.
     
    well the thiing is about its versatility is it doesnt have any physical moves to rly even ATTACK with that're good so ill skimp on the physcial version...

    special version up top FTW.

    Waterfall
    Ice Beam
    Dragon Pulse
    ???

    Somethin along the lines of that
     
    HP ELECTRIC can fill in that slot.

    Hey, that set is walked by Steel types, who resist physical hits. HP Electric hurts those hard. Also makes Milotic think twice about staying.
