I'm going to play this devilishly hard game. For you're enjoyment.
The Introduction
There's a bit of backstory to this game:
Basically, in this game, you play as "Kid Chameleon". You are playing a virtual-life game, and the boss at the end of the game is stealing people who lose the game. You have to go through a series of levels, which can change depending on which path you take. There are 103 levels in total, most of which can be skipped. You collect masks to give you powers to help you through the levels. Each mask has its own set of abilities, and diamond powers. This game is one of my favorite platformers ever. I think it may be one of the hardest games to ever exist, and is home to three of the hardest levels ever in game history. The levels start easy, but quickly turn hellish and hectic. Some of them trick your mind, by forcing you to hit a teleporter that transports you to another level that has a very similar beginning. Some of them are just freakishly hard. Some of them are so easy that they aren't even a level. From a scale perspective, level 1 would be a -5 out of 50 in difficulty. The Bloody Swamp, the hardest level, would be a 70. 5 levels after 1 would be a 4. The difficulty quickly scales, and the levels quickly become indescribably hard. Yeah. So, I'm going to play it. For your enjoyment. My pain = your fun.

The Introduction
There's a bit of backstory to this game:
There was a new machine in the arcade that one could walk into and play.
It used holograms to create a reality not our own.
Everybody played it.
But it was a little too real.
The boss escaped, and began capturing kids by defeating them at the game.
This is the story of someone too tough to beat. Someone known as... Kid Chameleon.

Play-through I
Spoiler:
Part I - Blue Lake Woods I - The Crystal Crags I
Part II - The Crystal Crags I - The Pinnacle
The Crystal Crags I - Dear god. This level. I didn't really know what I was doing at first, and really didn't know where to go. So after losing all my lives and having to use one of my continues, I finally found a hidden Beserker mask that I was looking for, and made it through the level.
The Crystal Crags II - This level is a very easy level imo. Some people have trouble with it, I don't.
Dragonspike - More of a transitional level, and I always take the stupid way through it and end up in The Pinnacle. My worst nightmare.
The Pinnacle (God no.... no more...) - This is the hardest level I've played yet in this run through. Its really long, but mostly vertical. Takes me A LONG time to get it, and even before the end of this part I don't get it. I end up spending 16 1/2 minutes in this level, I FINALLY make it over the top and begin the journey down. I hate this level so much.
Part III - The Pinnacle (GOD WHY IS THIS A THING?) - Shishkaboss (Shishka-easy)
The Pinnacle - WHY? WHY IS THIS A LEVEL? Errrr... After spending a couple of lifes, and 38 min. of my life in total on this level (just this playthrough!!), I FINALLY get it. I have no other words on this level. I'm done with, I will do everything in my power to skip it next time I play this game.
Hidden Canyon - Nice easy break from The Pinnacle (Never. Again.)
Stormwalk Mountain - Not that hard, but not easy. Sort of like The Pinnacle, but much easier.
Shishkaboss - A decent boss. Has 3 heads skewered by a pole that fire green things at you, and move around in a rectangle. Each head takes 20 hits defeat, and the flag appears when you defeat all three heads. Maniaxe is the best to use, as he can throw axes from a distances rapidly, and take out the heads quickly. After a while the boss is defeated, and Stage 1 of the game is completed.
Part IV - The Whispering Woods I - Devil's Marsh II
The Whispering Woods I - This level confused me. A lot. I'm still not quite sure how to do it. I think I got lucky, honestly.
The Whispering Woods II - ^ ^ ^ ^
Devil's Marsh I - The Pinnacle all over again? Pretty much. Near one of the hardest levels in the game. Love the music on this level, so I stopped Disturbed for it.
Devil's Marsh II - This is The Pinnacle, I swear. They just gave it a quick makeover. We'll see how it turns out on this level in the next part!
Part V - Devil's Marsh II (AKA The Pinnacle) = Game Over :(
Devil's Marsh II - Well. This level is hard. I end up using every single life, every continue, everything on it, and end up completely dying.
Spoiler:
Sorry for not being able to commentate on this, my mic is currently broke, and only makes static sounds. I'll just make a short little rundown of what my initial plan is going into this hard game, and then adding little things here and there about what's going through my mind.
Blue Lake Woods I - So, I'm going to attempt to do the "100k Trip", which is a shortcut through at least 26 levels of the game. I have to obtain 100k total points by the time I get to the cave area, and I do, I'm transported halfway through the game. I end up not getting the full time bonus, and thus can not do the 100k trip.
Blue Lake Woods II - I actually get everything except no-hit bonus on this level.
Highwater Pass I - Not much to say about this level, but its very easy.
Highwater Pass II - Not much to say about this level, but its very easy, and always better to take the teleporter at the end, then try to go for the flag.
Elsewhere I - We obtain the Cyclone mask, which is very useful if we can keep it later into the levels.
Underskull Cave I - We end up losing the Cyclone mask, which is huge let down, as it's very useful.
Underskull Cave II - Well, I was in this level for about 15 secs, so I have nothing to say about it.
Elsewhere II - We get another life, and our first death. By a flaming ball of fire.
Underskull Cave III - This level is very hard for most people initially, but I've played it so many times that its easy for me.
Isle Of The Lion Lord - This level is always just some sort of a speed run test for me, just to see how quickly I can clear this easy level.
Hills of the Warrior I - Hardest level yet. Contains a Murder Wall, but is pretty straight forward. I pause the game for a little bit, because someone knocked on my door.
Hills of the Warrior II - Very confusing, and I just guess my way through this level.
Elsewhere III - Very simple little Elsewhere, where I die by dripping slime.
Windy City - A very straight forward level.
Sinister Sewers - Vertigo level! Decently hard, and first time we get to see Minimax!
The Crystal Crags I - A very hard level, if you don't know how to do it, which I didn't at first. But, that's for the next part!
