    I can't decide..

    What do u think?

And what nature should a Jolteon be xPP

    Oh! And a moveset Please!!!

This is in the wrong place...

Well, the two of them do different jobs.

Both are alright, Jolteon > Luxray though IIRC.

    Luxray @ Life Orb
    Jolly Nature
    EVs: 252Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    - Spark
    - Fire Fang / Crunch
    - Ice Fang
    - Thunder Wave

    Jolteon @ Salac Berry
    Timid Nature
    EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    - Thunderbolt
    - HP (Ice)
    - Substitute
    - Baton Pass

Those probably aren't exactly the best movesets, but they're close enough I think... those are what I run on the two.

Questions like this go in Strategies & Movesets.

    -MOVED-

id go jolteon as a bper or special sweeper. luxray has a horrible moveset pool anyway

That's only half ture. Luxray makes an excellent Choice Scarfer. Or, just a srtaight up attacker. I'm lousy at EV's, but...

    Luxray@???
    Nature:Lonely
    Thunderbolt
    Crunch
    Ice Fang
    Thunder Wave/Roar/Quick Attack

Sorry, I'm tired, can't really think of a good Item.

Both have reasonably limited movesets, but Jolteon does it's job better I think.

    JOLTEON@SALAC BERRY
    TIMID NATURE
    252 SP.ATTACK 252 SPEED 4 HP
    SUBSITUTE
    THUNDERBOLT
    HP [GRASS]
    SHADOW BALL

I only say grass because it counters ground AND the likes of Swampert, Whiscash and Quagsire ;)

Wow a lot of Jolteon lovers. It all depends. Jolteon is an incredibly fast pokemon with a decent Special attack. Luxray is a physical sweeper.

    Luxray @ Choice Scarf
    Adamant nature/Jolly nature

    Thunder Fang
    Ice Fang
    Crunch
    Thunder Wave

    Jolteon @ Leftovers/Life orb
    Modest nature/Timid nature

    Thunderbolt
    Hidden Power [ice]
    Thunder Wave
    Roar

You have no idea what you're talking about. You're talking about Jolteon and saying Luxray has a horrible move set. Jolteons moveset is terrible, thunderbolt is a necessity for an electric pokemon and every pokemon has Hidden Power. Other than that, it has... Substitute? Baton Pass? Wish? Shadow Ball? Iron Tail? Dig? none of those are viable for it's style of play. Luxray has a pretty good moveset with Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Tunder wave and Crunch. It has almost the exact same move pool as Jolteon, it just uses it better because it has more moves and is a physical sweeper.

Having both Choice Scarf and Thunder Wave is simply idiotic. Thunder Wave halves the opponents speed, which means that with a Thunder Wave from Luxray can already let it outrun Ninjask without speed boosts. Give it a Life Orb, or Focus Sash if you're not good at predicting

    Here's my Luxray set.

    Luxray@Choice Scarf
    Adamant
    252 atk/252 spd/6HP

Spark (for accuracy + 30% para chance)/Thunderbolt (go lonely if this is the case of fearing Skarm)
    Ice Fang
    Fire Fang
    Crunch

This set is so versatile, and with Scarf, it has JUST enough to outspeed Garchomp and one-shot Ice Fang it.. If you have max speed IVs, then I think it can be quicker than Gengar; unsure though. This set has surprised many and has worked wonders.

    eh. ._.

jolteon is all about speed. luxray, unfortunately, is not.

    Luxray @ Shuca Berry
    Rash/Quiet Nature
    248 HP/216 SP ATK/44 ATK
    Ability: Intimidate
    -Thunderbolt
    -HP Grass/HP Ice
    -Ice Fang/Thunderfang
    -Thunderwave

a very good starter. no weaknesses with the berry and 2HKO-OHKOs threats, while twaving faster punks like weavile.

People underestimate quick status :( One time Articuno was killed and my entire team ended up paralyzed because of a scarfed thunder wave abuser. It was actually a Zapdos. It's not a bad strategy in the right hands. Idiotic it is not.

Evilcheese, you realize Jolteon's movepool is probably WORSE than Luxray's? O_o

Jolteon is obviously better. I actually like a special sweeper with some CM passing to it (or nasty plot) which gives it incredible speed and power. Can sweep through lots of stuff, it's really a good time to play around with, lol

I think it is an overrated BPer though, but it works regardless.

I don't know enough on Luxray to really comment on it.
