4th Gen Jigglypuff in Safari zone? (HG)

Hey all,

I just got to the SZ and I am trying to get a Jigglypuff, but can't seem to find the meadow section.

Is there a meadow section when you first get there and complete task 1? or do youhave to wait until you're the owner before you can add it?

Wandering around, and looking at which pokemon I find I can identify most of the other sections but no sign of a meadow.

If someone could post a SS of what the meadow looks like, would be cool :)

You most probably have to Complete the second test to catch certain pokemon

With the given image, there is a Meadow Area in the Safari Zone when you first get there. You just have to explore around until you find it. As for Jigglypuff, I found mines without completing any of the given tasks at first, so no you do not need to finish the first or second tasks to find Jigglypuff in the Meadow.
