Late last night (or early this morning) I did some research and found out how to reach Eric Stuart through his official website. I e-mailed him and requested an interview with him, one that I'll post in my school's anime website and magazine, and already he has replied to my e-mail, saying that he would be glad to answer my questions as long as "I am patient and the questions are relevent". Although I already have a few questions outlined, my question for you all is, what would YOU ask him in an interview?

OMG! You lucky peson you! *envious*

I'd ask him.....what do you REALLY think of Joey and Wayne (from YGO. Joey and his va. Eric plays Seto in there)

And who's your favorite character to VA?

And also, because I'm working on a manga that will hopefully be turned into a anime show...are you interested in VAing for new anime?

I think this is better off in the Pok?mon Anime section...

I would like Eric to answer these questions:
-What personality traits do you have that overlap with your characters?
-What is your favorite show to VA in?
-From your experiences as a Pok?mon VA, what is your favorite pok?mon?

He also does Mac Metaphor from Ultimate Muscle, I think, but nobody watches that show, he's probably embarassed to be a part of it :P

    I'd ask him the following:

-How much did you have to experiment with different voices before you found the right voices for your characters?
-How fun would you say voice acting is?
-What has been your favorite experience as a VA for pokemon?

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG X1000000

im totally obbsesed over that guy! he does SO many voices, and Is a great singer
I would ask him if he would release a single down here in england... I mean, he needs to release a song in a while

    * goes red *
    Im SO jealous of you!

Hooray! Finally a chance to find out if this rumor is true! Ask him if he has been contacted about doing the voice for Shadow in Sonic X. I've heard rumors about that since the show started being dubbed.

Cool. Must be really neat to be able to "talk" with the guy behind all those insane Brock infatuations XD

I always thought James' voice was cool, too.

also i dunno if anyone watches it but the anime Slayers (funny as heck) eric stuart voiced Goury, the knight guy heh i think it was one of his first jobs. But did you know that Veronica Taylor also was in slayers (and voices may in pokemon). My question for Eric would be if he enjoys being able to work with Veronica again since the slayers is a long series and im assuming they are good freinds :P

Hm, Eric Stuart is a really nice guy! ^^ I was once on his official website and found out that he appartently replied to all of the emails he recieves, so there were a few things that i wanted to ask him about Voice Acting and i thought i'd try my luck by emailing him-and i got a reply from him the next day and he was really nice in answering my questions. It felt so great getting a reply from someone like him. I still have the email in my inbox! :p
As for what i'd ask him regarding your situation...hmm...well most of what i would've asked has already been said. ^^; So, sorry for not being much of a help!

not to start a conflict or anything but Ted Lewis was VA for James until the 12th ep. Then like you said Eric Stuart the rest of the way.

O yeah, Rose Flame, dont you have that awesome team rocket website? The one with over 100000 hits lol ^^.

    No

No, 003, I don't have a website yet. You must be thinking of someone else. But I will have one soon.

Aside from the guy who does Homers voice on the simpsons, I think he is definately the most talented voice actor out there...

    questions:

When you switch voices, you also switch personalities. Has there ever been a time when you were doing the voice of one character by you accidentally were doing the personality of another character you do, or visa versa. EX: When doing the voice of brock, do you accidentally sound or act like james

    And...I'm sold

    Done!

Well, I've sent him the questions. I was going to try to wait until sunday, but i had already come up with 20+ questions, so I went ahead and sent them today. I used as many of the questions that everyone posted as I could, and I'll post the interview here as soon as I get it back. I think someone already posted this, but if you want to ask him a question yourself, you can e-mail him at [email protected] . But, if you posted it here, I would wait until I get the interview back before I sent him any questions; I may have used it on the interview. But that's your choice ^_^. Thanks to everyone who posted here! I really needed the help!

hey, that's awesome! i can't wait to see the interveiw!
