What are your favourite badges, from the games but the anime's including?
My favourites would probably be the Earth- and Marsh Badge from RBY, and the Sea Ruby Badge from the Orange leage!

- The Rising Badge is my number one favourite. I also like Giovanni's Earth Badge, probably my second favourite.

I like the Rainbow badge 'cause it's pretty, the Orange Island badges 'cause they're also pretty and are based after seashells and stuff, and the rest because they're shiny *o* /yeah I have terrible reasons

As far as design, this one I think is very elegantly designed, the Relic Badge:

But the badge that I enjoyed earning the most was definitely the Bolt Badge:

All those rollercoasters? Plus this gym actually gave me a challenge as opposed to the other gyms. It was just a great one.

Nothing will ever come close to being as well designed (in my opinion) as the Earth badge. The Rising badge is a very distant second!

Rising Badge and Earth Badge for me, although I like the Zephr Badge's name the most.

Oh and I do like the Legend badge too :).

I like the badge on Red's hat, that is, the apparent original concept for badges.
Apart from that, the black & white Rising badge (as it appears in-game in G/S/C).

I like the Rising Badge; it looks like a dragon (I like Dragons). I also like the badges of the gyms that use Water Pokemon (even the Trio Badge).

I like the rainbow badge because if you look closely it has shards from the rest of the kanto badges in it. :)

The Marsh Badge because of Sabrina, who was pretty fun to battle against. The Icicle Badge is pretty good too.

My fave badges are the Jet Badge, Bolt Badge and Legend Badge cos I love Skyla, Elesa and Iris.

My favorite Badges from each region. I like each for their designs and the memories from each initial battle with each gym.

If not I like these three:

The mind badge just because of how well it represents the gym, the type and the gym leaders it belongs to. The whole heart soul psychic power thing brings is where the heart shape comes from, the way that the badge flows from the bottom up to the top and just touches is there to show the psychic powers and the way it splits into two represents how the leaders are twins. It's just so perfect.
The fog badge just because of how simple yet effective the whole concept is. Not forgetting the fact that it looks a lot like the ghost sprite in Pokemon Red, Blue, Green and Yellow :3
And then finally the volcano badge because of how representative it is of the gyms type, the whole shape looks a lot like a volcano but the spikes make it look like a small flame too. And the spikes also show how devastatingly powerful the fire type gym can be. At least it was back in the earlier game before Blaine would just spam Fire Blast xD

Haha, plenty of others have chosen this one too!

I like this one for design, but mainly nostalgia. I had a pokemon card that was based off this and I thought it was one of my coolest cards, haha. So I always tend to remember this badge above all others.
