4th Gen I Can't Get To Celestic Town?

Do you not have defog? I mean if you do then just use it and find the road.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you don't have Defog, you should probably look into that. I can't remember how off the top of my head. Once you do, the path should become clear.
Edit: In Platinum, you get Defog from the ruins in Solaceon (sp?). I still can't recall Pearl and Diamond.

Well seeing as in you haven't given a whole lot of details i will link you to a walkthrough.
Getting to Celestic Town depends on 2 things.
1.Whether you have gotten the secret potion for the Psyduck and
2. Whether you have gotten Defog and tought it to your pokemon
Getting Defog:
At the Great Marsh, there is a kid that says he found this HM in the safari game. Talk to him and to get it.
He's right outside the entrance.
Teach it to a flying pokemon for eg. Staravia
Getting the secret Potion:
What you do is go to pastoria city and look for the team galactic grunt standing by the great marsh talk to him and he will run so you'll have to chase him down! Chase him down to the Valor lake entrance and you will battle him and after you defeat him he will go away and the E4 cahmpion Cythia will approach you and give you the secret potion.
