How to create another main rival in Pokemon Fire Red

Does anyone know how to create another rival in Pokemon Fire Red where the second rival picks the third and final pokemon left and you battle them regulary like you do with your main rival?

Just make new NPC.
if you ask about insert rival name, thats kinda hard. because you need to use some asm for storing name into RAM and call it when battle.
but for pick third pkemon, battle, etc, just make normal NPC and script
