[Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl] How do I know if my shiny Celebi I just got via a random trade is legitimate? (BDSP)

Hi everyone,

I only wanted to trade my Zangoose for a Seviper, but I got a person wanting to trade shiny legendries with me. I accidently hit except when a shiny Celebi was offered. Whilst I didn't have a Celebi, I didn't want to receive one that wasn't legitimate. I'm able to transfer if to Pokemon Home, which I assume is a good sign, but it is level 100 with all IVs maxed, which does seem far too good to be true. It also comes from the Galar region.

If someone could let me know what I should do, I'd be most grateful as when or if Celebi is available to catch in BDSP, I don't want to be unable to do so.

A good test is, whilst you can put it into HOME, can you deposit into the GTS? Because I got given a couple in Surprise Trade, have traded them through HOME to get the 'dex data on both of my games, but can't trade them within HOME.
