How did you do with Charizard raids?

The internet seemed to be in agreement that Azumarill was the best 'mon to prepare for the Charizard raids. I'd seen some YouTuber suggest Dachsbun, and that's what I ended up raising.

Didn't have much luck on my own, but once I went online and found a few people using Azumarill, Sylveon and Hatterene, I had much more success.
After finally catching a Charizard, I kept grinding them out. Managed to farm over 100 EXP Candy XL's, and over 500 EXP Candy L's. Plus about 200+ Calcium, which is handy for any Special Attackers I want to raise.

The main frustration came from people using Rain Dance and letting Charizard hit all its Hurricanes lol.

Completed a lot of these. Held onto the Charizard raid past the date by not going online.

Plays solo. Uses a simple strategy of blowing it up with Sylveon. Stacks Pixelate, Choice Specs, and Tera: Fairy onto Hyper Voice. Usually cheers for a +1 Special Attack boost while Terastallized. Typically faints...twice? Faints more or less, depending on misses, criticals, and the opening Overheat target. (Managed without fainting once.) Loses occasionally, but not often.

Found a recipe online for a good sandwich, also: Chorizo x4, Potato Tortilla x2, Chili Sauce x2, and Yogurt x2. Yields Raid Power: Dragon Level 2. Amassed 402 Dragon Tera Shards and 173 Calcium (not all from Charizard).

I didn't do well at all solo, but I was able to catch one for each version with the help of others online. I didn't continue with the raids after catching mine though- too nerve wracking just catching them.

I never got the chance to do the Charizard raids, but I did get some freshly hatched Charmanders from Surprise Trade when doing the "Wonderful Gifts of Surprise" challenge like two weeks ago. However, I am definitely looking forward to the Cinderace raid that would be coming up soon, which I enjoy more than Charizard.

I'm not anywhere near the point of being able to battle them lol. That being said I don't really care about Charizard or Cinderace
