[Tool] Hopeless Trainer Editor (HTE) not working!!

Good day. I´m not new to the Pokemon hacking community however i just recently started working on my very own hack of FireRed, so im watching tutorials on the matter.
The point is: Hopeless Trainer Editor isn't working for me, or for everyone else.

The last 2 pages in the original post are complains with the same problem as me but nobody offers any solutions.
I looked for a long time for a solution. I give up. If someone can help me i would be glad.
I am actually in tears, please help.

Are you sure you're using a vanilla English Fire Red 1.0 ROM?

I am using a English Fire red 1.1 ROM.
Until now i didn't know the versions matter since it wasnt written in the original post.
After downloading an USA version of the game seems like its working.

Fire Red 1.0 is the standard that is used within the community. That goes for pretty much any tool/resource you'll find around here for binary ROM Hacking;)
