What is the highest attack damage that is printed on a pokemon card?

    Shadow Lugia:

    Shadow Storm: 300 PsyPsyPsyPsyPsy

In official cards? Well I don't know. But chances are that it would not be more than 200 :/.

Since this concerns the TCG, it's off to the Pokémon TCG forums we go~ :3

    One Pokemon does 200 I've seen, I just can't remember who. =|

I thought it was either Uxie, Mesprit, or Azelf in their Lv. X forms.

Lugia EX (EX Unseen Forces (own this card))

    Elemental Blast 200 (water)(fire)(electric)
Discard all Energy cards attached to Lugia EX.

    I think it's this one.

In one go, maybe 200 but many cards can do much more than that by chance.

The newest exeggutor card can do 50x every heads you get on a coin, and you flip a coin for each energy you discard from any pokemon on your side of the field. Lets say you discard 2 energies from 4 pokemon, and flip 8 coins. Lets say that you get 7 head out of 8 flips (very lucky). That does 350 damage, and theoretically it can do over a thousand. I'd say thats the most powerful attack.

Actually, if we want to talk about the theoretical, there are attacks out there only limited by when a coin flip lands a certain way (I believe the old Geodude has an example of this), making their attack potential infinite. But, if we're only looking at the numbers that are printed, then I think 200 would have to be the limit.

Mesprit Lv X from Legends awakened
and the old Lugia from the first neo set are both ones that have a printed 200 there may be more but these are all i know

Oh - Steelix (Stormfront... I think) has this attack, too...

    (m)(m)(c)(c) Iron Tail 100x
Flip a coin until you get tails. This attack does 100 damage times the number of heads.

Theoretically, it can do infinite damage. It's also the highest base damage for a "Flip til you get tails" attack.

Neo lugia only did 90, that card served me well =]

The highest printed base damage on a tournament legal card is 200, shared by Mesprit Lv. X and Lugia ex. However, there are a number of Pokemon that, in a given circumstance, can surpass that. For example, take Magmortar SW, who can deal 20 damage x the amount of energy equipped. If you can equip 57 energies (barring two slots for the Magmortar line, and 1 for a final prize), he can deal an astounding 1140 damage. Or if you're feeling lucky, Electivire SW can turn those 57 energies into as much as 2850 damage (or as little as 0, depending on your coin flips.).

I have seen massive damage for different kinds of card types and weaknesses. 100, 200, or 300 is not even the limit. Even damage hits can reach over 1,000 with an Electivire (SW) doing heavy damage to a Palkia Lv.X (GE).

A number of damage will always increase somewhere when brand new packs come out.

Or printed strictly on a card? Maybe AMU, meaning Mesprit. And Lugia EX. But other than that, the other cards are fake.

    i know this for sure

    charizard ex: burn down 200
    lugia ex: elemental blast 200
    mesprit lvx: supreme blast 200

    I found another one!

Machamp (Stormfront) (Must be equipped with Lv. X form)

    Rage (f)(f)(c)(c) 60+
This attack does 60 damage plus 10 damage for each damage counter on Machamp.

    60 base + 140 damage + No Guard Poké-Body + 4 PlusPower = 300 damage.
