To clone an item, you have to beat the elite 4. After that, fly to battle frontier and find the battle tower. Have a pokemon in your party hold the item you want to clone. (just so you know, the pokemon will be cloned to.) Go to the PC in the battle tower, deposit the pokemon with the item you want to clone into the PC, exit, and save. Re-open your PC, and withdraw the pokemon with the item you want to clone. Talk to the LINK MULTI BATTLE ROOM lady. Tell her CHALLENGE. Now choose the category of the Pokemon with the item you want to clone and select two Pokemon. Now the lady will say: "Before entering BATTLE ROOM, your progress must be saved. Is that okay?" Say YES. Now you will notice a small time gap. Your item should be cloned. When the text "Would you like to save the game?" appears, tell her NO. Now turn off your game, and turn it on again. You will notice the Pokemon with the cloned item in your party and in your PC.

Im not sure if this will work, the site i got it from said this is for pokemon cloning, but it should clone the item if the pokemon you clone is holding the item. I hope you understand this better than i do.

i suggest giving golem a defense curl+rollout combo. In gold, silver, and crystal, defense curl gave rollout a damage bonus. it should still work in emerald.

It would also be helpful is i knew how 2 clone, so i can duplicate TMs like dragonclaw and earthquake.I am unsure of some moves to have, and others i just need other moves to fill in. Well, here we are!:

    Blaziken:
    Nature: Lonely (+Atk, -Def)
    Moves:
    - Fire Blast/Overheat
    - Rock Slide
    - Swords Dance

    - Sky Uppercut

Understand that Blaziken cannot get its best moveset until you defeat the E4 and have enough Battle Points in the Battle Frontier to get a few moves. That means either going with a crappier moveset or doing something you asked us not to say. Also, don't give Normal moves to non-Normal Pokes. Normal moves aren't SE against any type so you get no benefit from them. Lonely also takes advantage of Blaziken's physical moves. Just don't go with Blaze Kick. That is such a noob move. There are THREE better moves than it.

    Golem:
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
    Moves:
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Explosion
    - Double-Edge

You had this one almost perfect. Make sure your Golem has the Rock Head trait, so that DE won't do any recoil damage. Also have Golem hold a Choice Band. Nature MUST be Adamant. Also, the Defense Curl/Rollout combo that was mentioned is weak and will not give you any kind of bonus. Stick with what you have.

    Kingdra:
    Nature: Modest (+SAtk, -Atk)
    Moves:
    - Rain Dance
    - Rest/Toxic

    - Surf
    - Ice Beam

Putting Dragon Dance on a Poke with no physical moves is bad strategy. Use Rain Dance instead. This doubles its speed and makes Kingdra the fastest non-Uber in the game. Toxic can damage a lot of types, but Rest gives it some staying power. I would say that Kingdra is one of the most over-rated Pokes in the game, but you asked not to so I won't.

    Flygon:
    Nature: Mild/Modest
    Moves:
    - Fire Blast
    - Earthquake
    - Crunch
    - Dragon Claw

Putting special moves on an Adamant Poke is also bad strategy. If you want a mixed sweeper, give it a nature that won't hurt either attacking stat. Also, don't use Sandstorm. Flygon can also make either Blaziken or Golem unnecessary.

    Aggron:
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
    Moves:
    - Focus Punch
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave

With both Golem and Flygon on your team, I am trying to see why Aggron was added. Steel isn't that important of an attacking type. I guess you could go with a low grade SubPuncher and a STAB Rock attack is nice.

    Breloom:
    Nature:???
    Moves:
    - Focus Punch
    - Giga Drain
    - Leech Seed
    - Spore

Breloom is a SporePuncher. It requires breeding, but is definitely worth it. Also makes Aggron completely useless.

    Machamp:
    Nature: Adamant maybe?
    moves:
    - Cross Chop
    - Rest
    - Rock Slide
    - Sleep Talk

Rest activates Guts, which makes CC and RS do ENORMOUS amounts of damage. Fear the Champ.

    Shiftry:
    Nature: Adamant
    Moves:
    - Brick Break
    - Shadow Ball
    - Quick Attack
    - Explosion

Its best moveset requires Sunny Day, which contradicts Kingdra's Rain Dance. Its next best moveset include non-STAB attacks that your other Pokes can do better.

Your eight Pokes are a bit one-dimensional. I would HIGHLY suggest that you do raise a Ghost (named Gengar) and fit it in your team somewhere:

    Gengar
    - Giga Drain/Ice Beam
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

As for duplicating items, friends don't help friends cheat.
