I am new on hacking and i require method to make physical attacks determined by attack stat and Special attacks determined by sp. attack. Also tell me how to add new abilities and attacks while keeping previous ones. I shall be very thankful to you.

Ability hacking is has far less documentation than move and Pokémon hacking, but it still exists. If I understand correctly, you need to extend certain ability tables and then create pointers to your new, custom routines. I'm not 100% on the details, but I'm fairly certain assembly is required to recreate any of the new abilities in Gen 3. Sorry, I can't really help you there. You might want to check out the work of MrDollSteak and DoesntKnowHowToPlay, I think both of them have managed to at least create some of the newer abilities. I believe HackMew also created routines for updating Flame Body and Magma Armour.
