Thats my fire red team at the moment and im looking for ways to improve it. Any ideas?

I see what you mean by needing help. o_0
Ok so maybe this can helpz:

Blastoise- It has two water type attacks, a normal type, and a dark. Which makes this Blastoise really only good for taking out rock and fire type and maybe one Ghost when it's at half HP. You already used Earthquake for your Tyranitar, so a decent sub for it would be Brick Break. Which in FireRed you can buy at the Celadon Department Store. Bite is somewhat helpful, but if you dont want that anymore, try Dig if you hadn't used it already.

Raichu- ....goodness THREE electric type attacks. BIG no-no. Your Raichu is ONLY good for Flying and water types. It should be MORE useful. I say replace Shock Wave for Brick Break as well, and Thunderbolt for Rain Dance.

Mewtwo- I am not fond of any legendaries....but this one looks decent. But I would say replace Swift with Calm Mind, in order to boost your mega strong attacks.

Crobat- Doesnt need more than one FLying type attack. Crobat has MAD Speed, so exploit that Speed to your advantage. Try getting Substitute (Which you can get from the guy standing in front of the Kangaskan pin in Fushia City). Mean look wouldn't be complete without a Toxic, so for it, either get rid of Poison Fang, Wing Attack, or Fly. For Substitute, either get rid or Wing Attack or Fly.

Dewgong- Train it of course...other than that, Dewgong can't learn that wide of a variety of moves...if you can do it, which Im not sure how to IV a Pokemon, get a Hidden Power with the Psychic or Flying type, to take out your Fighting type foes.

Tyranitar- I actually hate this Pokemon. -_-" BUT, my only problem with this one is the fact it has Hyper Beam. Yes, it is a mega powerful move, with a NASTY side effect. If someone came in with a Starmie after that attack, you'd be toast. You may be able to survive from one of it's hits, but due to it being faster, it wouuld knock you out completely. Since you obviously raised this from a LArvitar, replace Hyper Beam with Return, it's sure to LOVE you by now. You can get Return on Route 12 (in the 2nd floor of the building on the bridge).

I hoe this all helped and good luck with your Pokemon journey! ;D

Thanks man. Yeah i raised it from a level 13 larvitar... god damnit that took a long time lol. Where is return? i cant find it... ohhhhh nvm got it. Oh and yeah crobat took forever to raise as well. I raised it from a level 10 zubat that i got in mt moon. And blastoise only has 2 water moves because hydro cannon is only for the super strong rock/ground/fire types like garys tyranitar and lances aerodactyl. Since hydro cannon only has 5 pp then i have to have surf for backup. And i already used calm mind on my old hypno lol so i cant really use that. Should i replace bite on blastoise with ice beam then get rid of dewgong and get a heracross? i would have it around the high 60s with megahorn, brick break, some bug attack and not sure what else but i know that all dewgong is good for is its ice attacks and heracross would really take out psychics and normal types so blastoise wouldnt have to change its moveset. I want 2 electric attacks for raichu because thunder's pp runs out fast so i could at least keep thunderbolt too.

And its unbelieveable how much money i spent on steroids for crobat

Oh yeah one more thing, i heard people talking about migrating pokemon from gameboy advance games to ds games, i was wondering how thats possible

That's all fine and dandy for Blastoise, but when a fast electric type comes out or Gary's Alakazam, your Blastoise is toast. Get rid of Dewgond, and only give Hearcross ONE bug type move. It IS good to get a backup move, but when you only have three different types of attacks your limited in how many Pokemon you can take out. So Aerial Ace is always a good choice, or Rock Slide, which you can get from a boy in the Rock Tunnel.

And the last question is meant for the D/P/Pt forum, but I'll go ahead and answer:
In D/P/Pt there is an area called Pal Park. It is where you can transfer Pokemon that do not know any HM moves from any third gen game into the D/P/Pt games. To access it, you muct first have the National Dex in the fourth gen game, and have at least six Pokemon in the PC on your third gen games. To find the Pal Park, go to Sandgem Town (Town with Proffesor Rowan's lab) and go to the route UNDER the town. Surf all the way to the right until you get to an island. Go to the furthedt upper right corner of the island and there will be a building. That building is the entrance to the Pal Park.

oh sick im gonna look forward to that, that would be awesome for my fire red team to be on there lol and actually i owned garys alakazam (on the elite four rematch, i did it 6 times) hes level 73, i owned him with blastoise twice and mewtwo 4 times. Mewtwo two shotted him with swift and 1 shotted him with blizzard on all the tries with mewtwo then with blastoise, blastoise got him in two shots with bite and 1 shot with mega ppunch, (critical hit)

Haha! Well Im glad I could help you out! Good luck with everything.

I thought for sure we had already discussed your FR team. It would be helpful if you add natures, as that does affect the moveset of most Pokemon. Anyway, as usual fixes in bold:
Someone told me to make a thread about this so i did.
Blastoise lvl 73 @ Chesto Berry
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest

    - surf

If your Lv73 Blastoise cannot OHKO Tyranitar or Aerodactyl with Surf, then you should get rid of it altogether because it has bad IVs, bad EVs, and probably a -SAtk nature. There is no need for crappy two-turn moves like Hydro Cannon or Hyper Beam. You can do more damage with two attacks in two turns with Surf than one attack in two turns with Hydro Cannon. Ice Beam is a must, as Blastoise will be able to handle Lance all by itself, not to mention the fact that it covers its Grass weakness. You shouldn't be worried about any in-game Grass-types. Its level is too high. Earthquake, like Ice Beam, covers a weakness and is just a great general attack. If you use Earthquake already, Toxic could be a good alternative. Rest though is another perfect move for it. Attack, Rest off damage or status, Chesto Berry instantly wakes it up (or you can use Poke Flute), and it is back to attacking.

    Raichu lvl 70 @ Leftovers
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave

    - thunderbolt

Two attacking moves of the same type is a bad idea, so you can imagine what THREE moves is. One-dimensional. You can either go with SubPunch or WavePunch. SubPunch is preferred, unless you would rather use Substitute on Tyranitar. Against the pathetic AI, getting up a Sub is easier than a human opponent since they invariably will use a non-attacking move, allowing the Sub to take. That is when you unleash either a strong Focus Punch attack or a STAB Thunderpunch attack. Thunder is not needed. Thunder Wave is great at slowing down opponents and making them not attack, which also helps Sub stick. If you feel lucky you can use it in place of Substitute altogether, but protecting its HP is a better idea.

    Mewtwo lvl 75
    swift
    blizzard
    fire blast
    psychic

Meh. Having a Lv75 Mewtwo makes all the other Pokemon on your team expendable, as it can defeat any in-game Pokemon that you will find. I would use Punching Alakazam instead.

Crobat lvl 80 @ Choice Band
    - wing attack
    - Return/Steel Wing
    - Shadow Ball
    - Sludge Bomb

Crobat is highly under-rated. A proper-raised Crobat can outspeed in-game Alakazam and OHKO it with Shadow Ball. Two STAB attacks are great too. I prefer Return for the pure power of it, but Steel Wing can take down Rock-types on occasion. NEVER EVER use Fly as a serious attack. Put it on a crappy Pokemon and only use it to get from one place to another.

    Dewgong lvl 66
    surf
    sheer cold
    take down
    ice beam

Blastoise with Ice Beam makes Dewgong unnecessary. I would replace it with Snorlax. Strong physical attacker and can absorb special attacks very easily.

    Tyranitar lvl 67 @ Leftovers
    - crunch
    - earthquake
    - Dragon Dance/Substitute
    - rock slide

Almost a great moveset, if not for the dreaded Hyper Beam. Lose it for Dragon Dance or Substitute, or even Thunderbolt would be a better option. Dragon Dance boosts its Spd and Atk by one stage, but I believe you have to breed for it, meaning you would have to raise it all over again. Substitute gives it a strong wall it can attack behind. Thunderbolt just makes it that much more versatile. Tyranitar is one of my favorites.

Thats my fire red team at the moment and im looking for ways to improve it. Any ideas?

No, blastoise did OHKO aerodactyl and Tyranitar with surf but for some reason he couldnt take down arcanine with surf. I guess i could take out dewgong for snorlax but man is it gonna take a long time to raise a snorlax lol. And its impossible to give blastoise earthquake now cause i already used the only tm on tyranitar. I love my crobat and i was thinking of replacing poison fang with return and teaching raichu some other punching move other then focus punch i dont like the turn waiting period before he punches. And i guess i can get rid of shock wave

Are you sure you understand how Focus Punch works? You don't have to wait a full turn, Focus Punch always goes last and if your opponent attacks successfully, its attempt will fail. That is where Substitute or Thunder Wave come in. With a Sub up, even if your opponent attacks, the Sub takes the hit and then Focus Punch still works. With Thunder Wave, you have 50% chance that your opponent will be paralyzed and won't attack, allowing Focus Punch to work.

I am an expert of the metagame RSE, having played many years to Netbattle RSE, the first least suggestion it is that to insert otherwise Evs, Trait, personality and item it becomes a lot of difficulty to help you and big part of the movesets that you have they are wrong.

that was about as helpful as it was easy to to understand
