Help!!! Do these TCG Boxes look factory sealed???

I have just purchased 2 elite trainer boxes and a booster box and I am concerned they may have been opened, weighed / tempered with and then resealed.

The first thing that worried me is that one of the ETB was wrapped in the poke ball wrap and one with regular clear wrap. I thought all sealed products should have the poke ball wrap? It doesn't make sense to me why Pokemon would seal some ETBs with clear wrap and some with poke ball wrap. My second concern is that the wrapping on the poke ball wrapped items looks slightly warped / stretched. The items were purchased from reputable card shop sites in the UK, I paid more than I could have on eBay because I wanted to make sure that the products were genuine factory sealed products.

I have been away from the trading card game for a number of years so maybe I'm just being paranoid but thought I would ask before I open the boxes.

I'm new to the forum so if I am posting in the wrong section please let me know. Any help / advice on this would be a greatly appreciated as I'm not sure wether to open them or just return for a refund.

Most retail ETBs here in America do not end up with the PokeBall wrap. In fact, I personally have yet to see one with the PokeBall wrap, and I've been buying them from major American retailers (Target, Wal-Mart, GameStop, etc) since they first debuted.

Do the cards inside look any different?

    Thanks for the response.

So, after opening the ETBs and booster box everything seemed legit tbh, cards look fine and the online game codes all worked. I pulled a secret rare Stonjourner Vmax (205/202), Ultra Rare Zacian V (195/202), 7 x regular V and 3 x regular Vmax. From what I have researched this sounds about average/decent for a Booster Box and 2 ETB's. (Although not as good as recent pulls from a rebel clash booster box and 1 x ETB).

There was one thing that was strange about the booster box though... There were 37 boosters inside!!!

At first, with the extra booster, I was sure the box had been opened, weighed and then resealed. But honestly, I have no Idea how they would have done such a good job resealing the pokeball plastic wrap. I still pulled Zacian V 195 and the secret rainbow rare, so I don't think it was weighed. If it was, it wasn't done very successfully.
