[Graphics] help adding new pokemon sprites to gold,silver or crystal

i've tried looking around to no avail to find a tutorial to add new Pokemon sprites to the gbc games. like front and back battle sprites and adding new Pokemon sprites from like gen 3.
so any help would be appreciated.

Agixp. A tool for editing graphics, sprites included.
That thing might be REALLY tricky to set up, so it can run.
I wanted to use it but it's impossible on my laptop as I can't get to register FM20.
Also on my old PC after having all required files, still an error would pop up.

You should really stick to the pokered and pokecrystal disassemblies for anything involving gen 1 or 2 hacking.
