Here is where you can discuss the rematch against Sabrina in "Haunter versus Kadabra."

    My review to come forthwith.

(I wanted to use "redux," turns out, it's an adjective. Go figure.)

Ash explodes a bomb in Sabrina's face and wins a badge! Hooray!

Why didn't Sabrina become critically injured with the bomb? So illogical :P

What was Team Rocket doing window wiping? That was so random.

Ash wouldn't have got his badge in the art of exploding then duhhzz. By DP, he has well earnt it and can now cause his Pokemon to make explosions whenever he likes!

    Meowth: "She's gonna die laughin'."

Lies! 4Kids has brought shame on humankind by even mentioning the thing that they call "death"! Ridiculous.

Didn't James say Einstien invented the lightbulb in this episode? (I forget if it's this one). LOL

Yeah he said that. Because he mentions Einstein, there must an America! Chuckle chuckle, confused writers.

The world is ending! It's not caused by Global Warming or 12/21/12. XD

Because she's a psychic, and they're special like that?

And maybe they were wiping Silph's windows? Heh. Expect a rant on Silph whenever I have the mental focus.

I mean, Thomas Edison is the one that invents the lightbulb XD Not Einstien. Er, right?

    What's 12/21/12?

Little off topic: The date is when the world supposedly ends. Just type the date in a search bar.

I'm pretty sure it was Edison.

I never heard of a Silph rant. What is one?

    Assorted questions.

It's that easy? Blatant Pokemon League corruption if I ever saw it.

Ash gets away with screwing the rules so much, and yet people call Kanto the best saga. Strange fandom.

Well, if you ask some people, Joseph Swan came up with the lightbulb before Edison, and the whole thing is jumbled up in some legal mumbo-jumbo involving patents and the like.

Because he's the hero, and we need our hero to progress, right? Hah. Unless beating an opponent's Pokemon via telepathic connection is allowed. Oh, well. Got to beat the super-Psychics somehow, right?

And for the record, Einstein came from Germany, so "what American reference?" Hahaha.

Germany was an American enemy. Also, doesn't Meowth go to Hollywood.

Einstien, German? So you do learn something new everyday.

The fandom is blinded by nostalgia. So it's not your fault.

Well, Einstein saw Hitler's ascension to power and split. So, there you go.

To answer your question, I meant Silph as in the Silph company (it produces various Pokemon items). I'm not sure why the anime omitted it, but they have.

As for the fandom, who knows? Maybe they weren't used to formulaic plotting until Johto? Shrugs.

Agreed on all points Charaxes. But Sabrina vs Ash on top of Silph would be cool. Maybe.

Actually, Pokemon Special's first arc had Red (Ash) and Blue (Gary) faced off against Sabrina (then a Rocket) within Silph itself (it was Team Rocket's finale). It's been released on TPB, so if you can find it, get it.

this episode ended the nightmares thats Sabrina gave me from the past one.

Just when Ash gets a cool pokemon, he gives it away. Story of this season ><

Ash is such a dumbass. It's so obvious the guy that teleports him is Sabrina's dad, he even says himself. But even Ash thinks he's a photographer. Jeez, how dumb can you get?

Well, on Ash's defense, Sabrina's father didn't actually say that he was his father. He was thinking to himself (It's obvious that he was thinking it than saying it, since his lips weren't moving, and the voice was of a slight echo.

If only Ash had kept Haunter...
    That's enough said right there.

As a fan of Gengar outside of being a metagame slave, I personally think it would have been really cool to see Ash have one. Seeing him give away Haunter, even when I first saw this episode when it premiered on Kids WB, REALLY, REALLY pissed me off. >=[

    Bad memories are bad.
    I don't like this episode.

Another example of 4Kids weird editing skills. I heard online that in the Japanese version Ash thought the dad was a neighbor.

Yeah, that pretty much sums up my review. :3:
