3rd Gen Good Scyther/Scizor Move Set

Standard Scizor:
Scizor@Leftovers/Leichi Berry
Adamant
252Att/108/148Spd
Swords Dance
Silver Wind
Hidden Power Rock
Agility

Standard Scyther is largely the same, except the EV spread becomes 252Att/216Spd/40HP and agility is replaced with Substitute or ariel ace. Those are the sweeping sets, if you want BP sets I'll dig them out.
 
You should have asked this is Simple Movesets under the S&M section.

Anyways, Gofre's set is the best IMO, although Steelix lols at you.
