you need the mach bike. that is the fast bike.
all you need to do is to get over those weak tiles really fast, that means you have to pick up some speed before you even get on the weak cracked tiles. not only that you also have to make your turns right before you collide into a wall. colliding means losing speed and that means you fall through the crack floors.

if you are playing this on a PC, you can set the emulator to run the game at a slower speed, so you pretty much see things happening at half speed if you want. myself i have done this at full speed just like any other player using the real GBA, it is possible.

I'm already using the mach bike, that's how I got to level 3. I couldn't turn fast enough and keep falling through the crack. I really try for very long that's why I'm asking for help here if someone could take my .sav and do it for me.

I'm using the emulator on iOS which doesn't allow me to set it at a lower speed.

Just keep on trying. I was the same doing it on an iOS weeks ago and it took me more than 10 times and it's really frustrating and it's another one of these trial-and-error methods.

I eventually managed to reach Rayquaza at the end, but if you want some tips for the 3rd floor here's what I did from my experience:

    1. Go straight down then turn left at the exact moment.
    2. Once you turn left and once you're about to reach an obstacle, go up. From my experience going down will get you most likely to fall through.
    3. After you go up, turn right but don't reach to the end (stop at the middle) or else you have to start all over again. I recommend if you managed to stop after passing the cracks before you turn right, save your game before attempting to turn right.

    Good luck!

The most annoying place for me ever... The third level always gave me a big headache. I'm glad that I don't have to go there anymore... -__-
