Since the new FE game is so close to it's release date I figured it'd be nice to open up a discussion & show off some screenies. XD

So, anyone else looking forward to FE:TSS as much as I am? If you haven't yet played the first U.S. FE game for GBA then I suggest going out & purchasing a used copy before the new one is released.

New features/etc appearing in The Sacred Stones:
    - Able to enter into sub-maps
    - Choose to upgrade between multiple unit classes
    - Beefed up level-building capabilities
    - Brand new unit classes
    - Features traditional fantasy monsters (Ex: Zombies, Gargoyles, Skeletons)

    Screenies:

Already played it and finished it 3 times... in short, this is very old news... ... very... old... it's all about Traces of the Blue Flames that came out in Japan now... ^_^

But anyways...It's shorter and stuff... I dislike some English translations...

    Noel > Knoll
    Cougar > Cormag (wtf?)
    Corma > Colm (again, wtf?)
Rachael > L'aracel (...who thought of this?)
Mamkute > Manakete (NOA destroyed years of FE tradition)

    more screens from me:

Old news for you maybe, but not everyone who lives in the U.S. & hasn't played the Japanese rom yet. I wasn't really posting this thinking it was big news anyway... I posted it for anyone who might not have known about any of the special features & also for discussion when it's finally released.

Thanks for the screenies btw. I enjoyed looking over them. =D

Well, I've been playing it ever since it was released in Japan (Nov 2004)...
By the way, I didn't post all ending CGs... I didn't post the final boss one... that would be a major spoiler... adn I also didn't post another one with the twins in it...

old news over here too XD sacred stones isnt too bad a game no it isnt...

Excatly, I wasn't even aware this was coming out until a few days ago. I was a big fan of the first GBA version so I imidiately went down and reserved this today.

i think you refer to the 2nd GBA version, Fire Emblem 7: the Blazing Sword
the 1st one was with Roy, Eliwood's son in Fire Emblem 6: The Sword of Seals

    Educating the ignorant, Digi? XD

    Anyways, more screen caps.

The +5s are Legendary Weapon Bonuses. Myrrh gets a Mamkute Stone Bonus. I basically used her as a meat sheild the first time I got her thus she got to level 20 without wasting her dragon stone. She still has 40 uses. ^_^

My Amelia's stats sucks... I should've turned her into a General instead of a Great Knight like what Digi did... x_x;; Arsrey turned out to be good. Usefull bishop and pretty much my monster slayer because of his skill. Eirik's sucky weapon strenth was covered by Siglind's weapon bonus. Ephraim on the other hand, will rule once I get him to Level 20. Lute shall soon max out her magic and a bunch of other stats. She's a pretty good Sage but her constitution is pretty much giving her a burden especially when Anima is a bit heavy. Yuan is a god. period. Ross...didn't turn out well for me. I should've turned him into a Berserker so I can get the 15% bonus. Neimi turned out good. A support with Jist and Corma make her invincible. Almost like Rebecca without the insane critical hit rate. (Rebecca can get up to 80% crit but Neimi got only up to a low 70%). I should've turned her into a Forest Knight instead of a sniper. There's Myrrh my goddess. And Jist, who is turning out to be a decent Hero.

Unlike all you FE gurus, I don't import games. So, I'm really excited for this new one! I'm getting sick of replaying the first FE GBA.

I also can't wait for some of the new classes. And, I've already found my favorite character: Myrrh! =3 [In human form though]

True, but you can't blame us for that... ^_^

That is the truth anyway... FE6: Fuuin no Tsurugi was the first FE that came out in GBA

and here begins part 2 of the 1st generation of FE n00bs XD meh...Juna's nut works too

I just completed the FE Sacred Stones and my Ephraim PWNS!!!! He maxed out in strength, speed, skill, and one other can't remeber. I didn't use any stat up items on him either. The game is really good and there are 3 diffrent modes you can do it's great.
