[Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl] Female Togepi

    I know Togepi is rare in the game and female is even more rare. My question is if I find a Togepi in the underground and save before, will restarting the game give a chance for changing the gender?
     
    I came across a female Togepi, and soft rest a bunch, and it was female each time. 4 times it was female at level 16, so it looks like its predetermined.

    I caught it in a Premier Ball. Would you like it?
