[Discussion] Favorite TCG Artists!

Hello friends and fellow collectors!
I didn't see a thread like this anywhere, so I thought it would be fun to start one where we can talk about our favorite artists in the TCG as well as share our favorite cards by these artists. I'll start! :)

Some of my all time favorite artists that have contributed to the TCG include Mitsuhiro Arita, Ken Sugimori, tomakazu komiya, and sowsow.

Mitsuhiro Arita
Test Tube Mewtwo from Shining Legends hands down! It's difficult to choose due to how many amazing illustrations Mr Arita has given us over the years, but it's hard to beat that Mewtwo card.

Ken Sugimori
Another artist it's difficult for me to choose a favorite from. Some of my favorite cards featuring his artwork are in Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge.

tomakazu komiya
I feel like my favorite komiya card depends on my mood. Lately it's definitely been the Snorlax from Fates Collide!

sowsow
Without a doubt the Gengar VMAX alt art we received in Fusion Strike, although the Espeon from Evolving Skies is another strong favorite.

What are some of your favorite TCG Artists and cards by them? I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts :)

I love some of Sugimori's classic works. Some of my favorites include Neo Revelation Raikou, Lilypad Mew, Misty's Gyarados, Shining Gyarados, and the English version of Misty's Tears. There are some of his Gen. III-onward works I also like, but they're overall not as charming. Kagemaru Himeno, Mitsuhiro Arita, Kouki Saitou, and Atsuko Nishida also stick out (Himeno's another whose older works I prefer, the ones before Secret Wonders).

Himeno: Jungle Flareon, GB Meowth, Fossil Omanyte and Golem, Team Rocket Oddish, Will's Espeon, Emerald Milotic, FA Iris...
Arita: Vending Eevee, Fossil and Vending Moltres, Dark Quilava, Expedition Flaaffy, Magma vs Aqua Absol, Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno GX...
Saitou: Majestic Dawn Leafeon, Emerald Rayquaza, Legend Maker Mew, Team Rocket Returns Dark Hypno... few stick out, but I like pretty much all of them.
Nishida: Neo Discovery Espeon, Yanma, and Mareep, Misty's Seadra, Erika's Dragonair and Exeggcute, Vending Vulpix and Raichu, Expedition and Lt. Surge's Pikachu...

In terms of more recent sets, I love Megumi Higuchi's Dewott. One of my top 5 favorite TCG artworks, probably. Jiro Sasumo's Character Rare Vaporeon is also lovely (I don't buy cards anymore, but I really want this one). Haven't seen enough from either to definitively call them some of my favorite artists though.

EDIT: TOKIYA and kawayoo also produce some pretty amazing stuff.
