    So there are two mega evos for Charizard, which one is your favorite?

    Definitely Mega Charizard X. I like his design a lot better, and it's about time Charizard got the dragon typing that he rightly deserves.

    They're both pretty boss, but i've always liked Mega Charizard X more. Tough Claws + Dragon Dance + STAB 120 power attacks = yummy. :D Very fun.

    I do like Mega Charizard Y, though, but I haven't tried to use it seriously yet. Does look cool with STAB Flamethrower and Drought, though.
     
    Mega Charizard X. I really do like the off colouring for it. Although, like Orogenes said, the blue looks like a mustache... :3
     
    Definitely Charizard Y. Drought is so powerful an ability that Zard X can't compete with. Tough Claws-boosted attacks<<<<<<<<<<<<<Sun-boosted attacks.
     
    While I like Mega Charizard Y for how it manages to be a great improvement on Charizard's original design, I'm probably go with the huge stream of of the Charizard X lovers, simply because I find it be much cooler. I mean, apart from the colours, there isn't really much of difference between them, but their selection of colours for Charizard X just seemed to fit much better. The idea to make Charizard X primarily black-coloured probably came from the huge popularity of shiny Charizard, though the blue flames are a really nice touch. I kinda feel like Charizard Y has been overshadowed a bit by that though, since I don't see many who favour that version :(
     
    Both Charizard designs are pretty cool; it's one of my favourite final evolutions and Pokemon in general. I'd have to choose Mega Charizard X though because even though it doesn't that much different, I like that the same colour scheme was used. Mega Charizard Y, I like the blue :3
     
    I personally like the design of Y, as it's got larger wings, slimmer body, and more of an intimidating look. All in all, it looks quite fierce. Charizard X isn't too bad, either, but I guess I'm just not too much of a fan of its color scheme. ): Black and blue just don't go well together on a Pokémon like that. Would've been much better if it kept its original colors. Competitively, both are equally as great.
     
    I fell in love with the X one when I first saw it. It was so sexy, and got its dragon typing.

    However... the flames coming out of its mouth just look so awkward in-game, and I'm not a fan of it being more physical-based (mostly due to its ability). So in the end I ended up highly preferring Mega Charizard Y. It's much sexier. ;3 And I prefer using it. Drought isn't always helpful in the long run, but really boosts its fire moves in the moment which is a lot of fun.
     
    I never jumped on the initial 'zard-X bandwagon, but now I'm starting to prefer it to Y. The shiny version is pretty awesome, and I hate weather tactics in general, so X gets the nod for me.
     
    Charizard X is what decided, for me, what version to get. I like the blue/black coloring, though the flames coming from his mouth seem out of place to me. I'm experimenting with Charizard Y right now, and I like his ability, but for now Charizard X is my favorite.
     
    I like both Megazards, but I like Megazard X better because of how it can function easily without sun; that, and it's not as crippled by Stealth Rock as Megazard Y is.
     
    Not knowing which is which, I based the poll options off the order of Charizard, so I'd swap mine. I like Charizard X, because I like the black/blue Charizard. It reminds me of Shiny Charizard and I enjoy that a lot.
     
    I prefer the more natural progression of Mega Charizard Y, since Mega Charizard X's design is trying a little too hard to be cool in my eyes. X does finally gain a Dragon typing though, which is something that I've wanted to see, but since I've got no real plans to use either in battle, it's not enough to sway my vote away from Mega Charizard Y.
     
    Mega Charizard Y becomes faster and gets more Sp Atk or something, right? While X is all about being stronger, durr. As much as I love me some blue fire and black dragons, the overall design of the Y mega form is much better imo. There are some silly stuff on the X version that makes me cringe, like the shoulder horns and mouthflame thingy. While the Y version improves Charizard's normal design and makes it sleek and menacing where regular Charizard (and the X version) look sort of bulky and clumsy. So Y gets my vote!
