Evoultions for Who? (Possible Spoilors)

Okies. So I know that a lot of people likes to predict that all of Ash's and friends pokemon will evolve but we all know that by the end of the season that only one or two of them may. So which ones you think will evolve.

Ash
Turtwig
Staravia
Chimchar
Buizel
Gligar

Dawn
Piplup
Buneary

Brock
Croagunk
Happiny

I only mention pokemon that can evolve and in pikachu's case won't evolve no matter what. Teeheehee

I personally think that only Turtwig, Chimchar and Staravia. Chimchar and Turtwig will evolve sometime before the Sinnoh League with Chimchar going to evolve first once he gain more trust with Ash. Staravia will evolve but it going to be at something big like maybe a gym battle which will finally be able to shine for sure.

I think Buizel won't evolve because it is going to develope the 'corpfish' complex once they go to battle Wake and it is going to prove that it doesn't need to evolve to beat it's evolve form.

As of the others. I really don't think they will evolve. Teeheehee Happiny is too cute to evolve. Teeheehee

Turtwig -> Grotle
Staravia -> Staraptor
Chimchar -> Monferno
Buizel
Gligar -> Gliscor

That's how I think things would work out.

Buneary will evolve, there's little doubt in my mind about that. Piplup will probably evolve, as well (looking at the Piplup--Torchic comparison here)...and probably Turtwig, Staravia, and Chimchar as well (no idea how far, though). Buizel will probably stay the same for the same reason you think so and Gligar won't evolve at least until the final fight against Paul and its friend Gliscor. Croagunk already has the role of Brock's "buzzkill" so it won't be evolving,...but Happiny might, to follow in Bonsly's footsteps.

...But Reyna, how can you ignore James' poor little Mime Jr.? It has a fair chance at evolving too, you know! Ooh, you'd better hope Charaxes doesn't find out about this!! XD

I'm sure either Turtwig or Chimchar (but not both) and Staravia will evolve (looking at past seasons to compare...). Piplup will evolve and possibly Buneary. Ehm...I think Happiny -might- but I'm not sure. I don't think Croagunk will evolve though.

I think that Dawn's piplup will evolve into Prinplup.(If Dawn sticks around for another season.. If she doesn't it will probably go all the way to Emploean)

Buneary will probably become a Lopunny.

Turtwig and Chimcar will definitely evolve, and maybe Staravia too.

Brock's always take forever to evolve and Happiny is a new DP pokemon so I don't think his will evolve.

SU!!!! HOW CAN I FORGET ABOUT POOR MIME JR!!!! SU!!!! *hugs!!!* Well I kinda want to keep this in between Ash and Co but also I personality like Mime Jr as he is!!! He is so CUTE!!!!! Still I guess he does has a chance too but he is so CUTE!!!

Bunery maybe but it is kinda hard to see it as a Lopunny. I mean how can she love something so short like pikachu? Teeheehee still if it evolves then that means there is a chance where it will grow out of her crush.
As of piplup, I am not sure. I me there are comparisons compare to it being like torchic but we have to remember that May never used Torchic for anything before it evolved and it only evolve for it can be useful. Also there is already and other Princlup running around isn't there? Still it be intresting to see a Princlup vs Princlup.

Chimchar - I actually don't think so, he never evolves his fire types
Buizel - Definetly a no, it just doesn't seem right for ash to have a floatzel
Gligar - yes, so it can battle gliscor

Piplup - no, never
Buneary - yeah, later in the series though


Brock
Croagunk - Never, otherwise it would ruin it pulling brock away
Happiny - yes, i think it will only be a chansey though

I doubt Mime Jr will evolve. It'd just be weird because Ash's mom has a Mr. Mime. But I do love Mime Jr. He's too adorable!

Turtwig - I really hope he evolves because he already got some strong attacks and he needs to get strong.
Chimchar - probably later on the Shinoh saga to evolve.
Staravia - I would think not because I really don't see that pokemon evolve.
Buizel - never because He looks cool for a buizel.
Gligar - mostly not to evolve.

Ah, yes...except Paul's a jerk XP. We will indeed probably see Murkrow evolve, at least to match Weavile. Shellos is a given, as well, so they can cover the color changes AGAIN...:P Not sure on Electabuzz or Misdreavus, though.

I really don't see Glameow evolving. I mean it just seems too settle as it is now. Maybe Misdreavus.

Oh yes. I really think Paul's electabuzz will evolve. That pokemon really seems to like Paul a lot.

...Oh, I see no problem with Paul wanting it to evolve just to get a stronger Pokemon ("You're too weak if you're losing to a Groudon. Evolve or go away!"). The problem is that Gary already has one...and when's the last time we saw a duplicate ownership between rivals/recurring characters like that, aside from May's Squirtle & Bulbasaur (both of which weren't really "with" Ash anymore, anyway)?

Right now, I'm hoping for Turtwig to evolve, so it can break that silly pattern (Bulbasaur, Bayleef and Spectile).

Turtwig ---> It'll evolve into a Grotle and if it's lucky it might evolve fully so as to have a Torterra vs. Torterra clash.
Staravia ---> I see Staravia becoming a powerhouse once it becomes a Staraptor.
Chimchar ---> If the saga is long enough, it'll get to Infernape. Otherwise, I feel it'll become a Monferno and no more.
Buizel ---> Frankly, I don't see Buizel evolving at all, but if it does evolve, it can have a Floatzel vs. Floatzel fight at the Pastoria Gym.
Gligar ---> I see Gligar evolving, and we might get to see a Gliscor vs. Gliscor fight. It's like having a battle over whose methods of training are better: Ash or Paul?

Dawn:
Piplup ---> Nope, don't see it evolving. Seen outside of its Poké Ball almost as often as Pikachu (who doesn't stay in a Ball anyway), so it's like a mascot or something.
Buneary---> Maybe. I am rather skeptical about Buneary. It's almost never used nowadays. ._.

Brock:
Croagunk ---> TOXICROAK WOULD POISON HIM TO DEATH! XD But yeah, I see it evolving too.
Happiny ---> Might get to Blissey if the saga drags on long enough. Otherwise, I see it evolving into a Chansey.

Same evolution chain, sure. We've got plenty of that going around already (Electabuzz v. Electivire, Piplup v. Prinplup, Turtwig v. Torterra, etc). None of those are the exact Pokemon, though.

Happiny ---> Might get to Blissey if the saga drags on long enough. Otherwise, I see it evolving into a Chansey.

It it evolves, it'll probably evolve into both in one episode. :P
