    Where do I get a Razor Claw? Because you need it to evolve Sneasel, if I read correctly.
     
    You can find it on the first floor in Victory Road somewhere, I believe.
     
    Aw, I was hoping to get it a little easier than that, since I just want to evolve my Sneasel into Weavile so I can beat the Team Galactic boss easier. Plus, Weavile learns a pretty good Dark move I would like for it to have. Oh well, thank goodness for Heart Scales. XD

    Yeah theres one at victory road and i think at the Battle Zone or at Stark Mountain. Weavile has a really good movepool plus it learns night slash and stuff

    The lack of Ice Punch REALLY annoys me, though >< Especially since it's so hard to find a Pokemon that can both learn that move AND breed with it. Avalanche + Night Slash will suffice, though.

    Which is why I'm trying to get more and more Heart Scales, though once I can get into the Pal Park, I can trade over one or two from R/S. XD

    And I prefer Weavile's Japanese name, so I'll probably name it "Manyula" once I get it there. XD
     
    I was able to chain breed an ice punch into my Sneasel, I forget the actual species, but I know it involved a Buneary.

    Wild Sneasels can sometimes be holding the claws they need to evolve. I was lucky enough to get one from the sneasel I ended up breeding.

    Catch a Medicham in the same place you caught Sneasel. Move Tutor Ice Punch. Breed the Medicham with a Buneary/Lopunny. Breed the resulting Buneary with a Sneasel.

    Ta-da! Ice Punch Sneasel!
