Evolve Machoke at What Level?

What level do you think I should evolve Machoke?

Only Steel types lose out on stats after trade evolution.

Even if you evolve your Scyther at lvl 99, I *believe* that your speed stats will drop accordingly to Scizor's need speed base stats anyway... So really, if you can evolve without missing any good moves, evolve asap.

(note: This one I'm not sure if I'm right or not...)
