Is it possible? no! It is possible!
But did someone knows how to implement EV reducing berries in FireRed? It doesnt work in FireRed..Its tine comsuming to trade it in Eme. and perform it and I dont implement trading system(still thinking on it) in my hacked rom...
So, is there any member here knows how to port it in FR?
I hope there will be a response

Not the best place to ask, but you can use jpans hacked engine item runner script and the ev reducing script in conjunction :P lol to do the real one, however, would require ASM
