4th Gen Eevee's Evolutions

    I'm under the impression that the various stones I've found along the way will make Eevee evolve - and depending on the type of stone, that will determine what evolution Eevee takes. Correct?
    SO, why can't I use any of the stones on Eevee? Does it have to be a certain level first or in a particular area?

    the only stones that will make eevee are the following

    water: vaporeon
    fire: flareon
    thunder: joteon
    train near mossrock: leafeon
    train near icerock: glaceon
    happiness at night: umbreon
    happiness at day: espeon
     
    Oh okay, thanks! I have the Thunder and Water stone.

    Then what pokemon can use these?

    Leaf Stone
    Shiny Stone
    Dawn Stone
    Dusk Stone
    Oval Stone
     
    oval Stone is for happiny
    dusk stone is for murkrow
    shiny stone is for budew
    leaf stone is for weepinbell
    and dawn stone is for kirlia.
    those are all the ones i can think of...

    I believe that's all the stone evolutions listed now, if not feel free to add
     
    You can also get the last 2 evos of Eevee, Glaceon and Leafeon, you lv Eevee up at Moss Rock(in Enterna Forest)and it evolves into leafeon, Ice Rock(Route south of Snowpoint)and it evolves into Glaceon

    actually the dawn stone only works on male kirlias and female snorunts
