    Welcome to Kalos, fashion capital of the-- oh my. I see you've been traveling. All the way from Hoenn? Well. Perhaps such... outfits... are appropriate in your home region, but we members of Team Flare value a beautiful presentation above all else. And what is more beautiful than elegant synchronicity with those you have chosen to ally yourself with? Please, have a seat. Let us discuss how best you may style yourself to avoid shame-- I mean, to bring pride to your team.

    Dress to Impress!

    There are so many ways to personalize your appearance on PC, and we all do it so differently all the time! But villains of the Pokémon universe tend to wear uniforms, don't they? And, well, I suppose Olympians do too. And we're both, for the next two weeks! So let's proudly show off those team colors!

    To facilitate this collaboration, I've put together a style guide for each team. It's very easy and very loose- you have a lot of freedom to design even within the parameters. You'll have until Friday, July 19 at 9pm to style yourself and post in this thread with your new look! If you then keep this style through the end of the GT- that is, through July 28- you will earn 5 points for your team!

    Aqua Style Guide

    Avatar: border-radius: 50%;
    Username: font-family: Berkshire Swash;
    other flair boxes: use any sans-serif font (this is Arial!)

    For your designs, prominently feature at least two of these colors:
    #002654 #0275AF #D9DDE9
    If you use a signature, align it to the right and use fonts Berkshire Swash and/or any sans-serif font (this is Tahoma)! User Arcaneum has come up with a good method for aligning- make sure you set a width for your div, then use margin-left:auto; margin-right:0; and you should be good!

    Magma Style Guide

    Avatar: border-radius: 10%;
    Username: font-family: Audiowide;
    other flair boxes: use any serif font (this is Book Antiqua!)

    For your designs, prominently feature at least two of these colors:
    #A80915 #E38D7F #B8ADA4
    If you use a signature, center it and and use fonts Audiowide and/or any serif font (this is Georgia)! If you're having trouble with centering, use margin:auto; as part of your div!

    Other Styling Options

    If you would like to play with any of the official GT assets, they can be found by clicking here. If there's something you want that's not in there, I can probably grab it for you! The main colors are #D6C05D #FFFFFF #E95504 and #FFE402.

    Hi, still working on post flair stuff. I have a new avatar for the event, now with too much water!

    Mega Rayquaza joins forces with Primal Kyogre........

    (Can't find good logo for myself, and previous one was not coming out)

    Think I'm done. Went with a simple checkerboard background which uses two of the Team Aqua colors listed and then just added every Water type Pokemon I've ever drawn for both the flair and a new sigpic =P
    I used Open Sans, which should be a sans-serif font, as the additional font alongside Berkshire Swash. Used the third Team Aqua color for the text in the flair.

    Figured out how to make it look good on mobile but it seems to come at the cost of my flair image partially being repeated on my laptop due to my wide screen res lol
    Unfortunately when I made it wider the height would be partially empty on mobile for the flair and if I don't let it repeat there's empty space on my laptops screen.

    I changed the text colors to the required colors, which weren't too different from what I already had. Also found this gif from an episode of Spongebob when they were pretending to be pirates. I thought it was fitting.

    EDIT: also found a cool gif for the flair background!

    I don't think I can change my flair background because (a) don't remember how and (b) I don't think I have the original image or the link to it. But I changed the text colors to the required colors, which weren't too different from what I already had.
    the link should still be in the main block area of your flair code- otherwise i'm not sure how it's there at all! if you copy it here i can figure out what's what :)
