3rd Gen dragon scale

Im not sure if this is the right place to post it but what does a Dragon Scale actually do? I won it when I beat one of the challenges at the Battle Tower Im not sure which one it was but I got it and it says something like ... a hard scale a dragon might have held it ... and thats it. Doesnt say what it does like "boost dragon type moves" or something. Please help. Thanks :D

Dragon scale is used to help evolve Seadra into Kingdra. You just attach it to Seadra and trade it for it to evolve. It's not a stat boosting hold item.

Get Kingdra, it's awesome. Definately worth getting rid of Dragon Scale.

dragon scale it's not a boost item but if you need a boosting item for your dragon/dragons try out ''dragon fang''
