Isn't Vulpix and Eevee considered fox like pokemon? Espically Vulpix. lol
 
Probably..... I don't really know much about how they are related. I just know about dogs and wolves. Wolves are frekin' awesome. lol Though if I called my dog a fox he'd probably bite me. lol
 
Granbull And Riolu are my favorite dog pokemon.

Yeah, I have done many school projects on them, and they are my favorite animal!=) Yeah, they are considered dogs, well, I don't know about domestic dogs but the canine family. Yeah! XD I put them there just for extra info, really for a pet dog, then you can go with: Houndour, Growlithe, etc.

I wouldn't call foxes dogs (or wolves)

Wolves are what link them together, but wolves and dogs are still of the Canini family while foxes are of the Vulpini family. No dogs stem from foxes, and vice versa, but they are included in the same subfamily. The main difference being that foxes have very different skeletal structures

And on a totally different note: Am I the only one in the world who absolutely HATE wolves? They're so over-done
 
Probably, wolves hapen to be super awesome.

My fav dog pokemon would probably be Arcanine. ^__^
 
I honestly hope there won't be any dog Pokémon in the 5th generation... blergh
 
Dog Pokemon are... like, basically one of the most exciting types. You need them in every generation. D:

Vulpix ninetales and eevees are cats
 
I hate to tell you thix but Vulpix is defintely a fox. It even evolves into Ninetailes who is based off a nine tailed fox demon in Japnease culture. So they are defintely foxes. lol
