[Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl] Does Heatran respawn?

I accidentally killed Heatran and didnt safe before the fight (stupid, I know)
The game said that Heatran ran away into the mountain or something like that.
Will he respawn after a while or do I need to do something to trigger him coming back?

IF he respawns you'll probably need to beat the elite four again. Its usually the requirement for legendaries that do respawn.
For example in ORAS Deoxys would respawn after beating the elite four again if you fainted it.

Idk if Heatran actually respawns though.
