Does anyone know any good HeartGold QOL hacks?

    Is there a Pokémon HeartGold quality of life rom hack that doesn't change or add any cutscenes? I mainly just want a better level curve, all Johto Pokémon available in the main story and trade evolutions changed, the Johto gym leaders to use more Johto Pokémon, and reusable TMs. Maybe Kris added too if possible. But for some reason, everything I can find either skips the intro or adds a bunch of gym leader cutscenes.
