At least some of Drayano's rom hacks have threads in these forums, and are quite popular on Google searchs, so searching there should be a good start.

Would you happen to know if transferring Pokemon from sacred gold, blaze black 1 and 2 are safe to transfer to bank or home if it's possible?

Drayano's hacks are known for making a considerable amount of edits to Pokémon stats, typings, movesets, Abilities, TM compatibility, etc. So it's safe to asume that no, any modified Pokémon would be flagged as hacked/illegal if you want to move them to Home or any official game.
