Like this there is lot of trivia and lore in pokemon Can you tell whichever pokemon debuted in the anime before their respective games

Yep it's Arceus was the first Pokemon, Mew was the ancestor of all Pokemon, Bulbasaur was the first Pokemon in the Pokedex and Rhydon was the first Pokemon designed. And off the top of my head, Ho-Oh and Blaziken debuted before their games I believe.

But yeah, I read about this a while ago. It's really cool how different Pokémon are firsts depending on your meaning of the word 'first.'

Togepi debuted before its game too, since it hatched from the egg in Kanto 👍

What has always stuck with me is that the first episode of the anime revealed Ho-Oh, one of the mascots for the second generation. At the time I thought it was a Moltres for some reason. xD

My favorite pieces of Pokemon Trivia most often involve content that was cut from the mainline games, like:
the fact that Brock was originally the 2nd Gym Leader w/ the first gym battle taking place in Viridian City
there was originally a female protagonist planned.
also, the entire region looked completely different in the first stages.

That's one of my favorite things about Pokemon - the endless amount of knowledge and trivia that comes from the series.
