I've seen many of these topics asking the same question: "lol held items how u get frum wild pokes"
To make it easier to find any wild held item, I've devised a quick and easy step-by-step guide to obtaining wild held items.
1) Catch a Banette. Since it has the ability Frisk, it will tell you if the wild Pokemon has a held item. Make sure it knows Thief, and that it has no attached items.
2) Enter a battle with the Pokemon. Frisk will activate and it will tell you "Banette frisked its foe and found a _______!"
3) Use Thief on it (it can faint and you still get the item) and the item immediately becomes Banette's held item.
4) After the battle, take of Banette's held item. Congrats! You now have a Light Orb/Dragon Scale/Metal Coat/Electrobooster/etc.
5) If you desire finding more held items, then rinse and repeat steps 2-3.
6) ???
7) Profit.
For a list of items held by wild Pokemon, visit Serebii's page on the subject, since I don't want to plagiarize with a simple copy and paste.
I hope you found this little guide helpful. It may seem like something pointless to make a whole topic over, but looking at most of the other topics here (like the ones with one sentence in the post), I think it's worth posting.
Happy hunting,
