    I am probably posting this in the wrong place,but I am curious about something.I just got Emerald and the strategy guide,and in the back there is an appendix with all the Pokemon in it.Deoxys is listed and it says in order to get him you must trade him from Ruby/Sapphire.Huh?where is Deoxys in Ruby/Sapphire?am I missing something?
     
    It's not. You can only get it form. Emarald, Fire Red, Leaf Green with the Aurora Ticket from Mystery Gift. From the Pokemon Rocks Event. You can only get Deoxys in Ruby or Sapphire bu trading form one of those games.
     
    The only way to get deoxys in ruby/sapphire is to trade it from fire red or leaf green.To get deoxys in leaf green, and fire red, you'll need a ticket that you can only get from a nintendo event that is over to get to a place in leaf green and fire red called birth island, and you have to solve a puzzle.In pokemon emerald, you need a ticket that will probably be in a nintendo event to get to birth island in pokemon emerald.The nintendo event to get the ticket for pokemon emerald didn't begin.

    In pokemon E/LG/FR you can use cheat codes to get to birth island, and in R/S/E/LG/FR you can catch one in the wild.Pokemon emerald cheat codes to get deoxys in the wild aren't made yet.When you get deoxys in the wild theres a high chance it will disobey you.If you use cheat codes to get to birth island, deoxys probably will obey you.
     
    technically in ruby and sapphire there is a way actually you must play for about 1000 hours for it to hapen and if you dont believe me this is what i herd

    the spaceship on mossdeep will be on its 100 launch go there and the captain will ask if you wanna go with them blahblah blah when yuo get up there you will fight a level 50 deoxys and after him a level 50 mew they are extremely hard to catch and if you have ever used action replay or anything in your game the progression of the rocket launches will be 3 times slower they are extremely hard to catch and will take about 2oo ultra 's

    i heard this from a website i forget wich one but i think it mite b true it might be only in the jap version but i am not sure you could just catch deoxys in the wild usingf an action replayu on sapphire /ruby and trade to green / red
     
    Deoxy isn't that good on Emerald. It's the speed Deoxy.
     
    I don't believe that anything happens when the rocket launches.
     
    OMFG Guys i can't belive that rumor is still here.

    Okay there is now way to get Him in Ruby/Sapphire unless you cheat or trade.there is no such thing as a rocket in the game.
     
    ......I know one thing that sucks! Deoxys cannot be traded from R/S to FR/LG. I tired and it said. You are not ready to recieve this pokemon. The trade was cancelled. That same with mew. The rest you can trade across.

    Anyway, I power team on FR is Crawdunt, Chrizard, Heracross, Cradly, Magneton, and keckleon. I got most of them from Saphire and I breeaded them to get eggs. I tell ya besting the elite four 95 times with that team is never boring.

    I kind of thought the same thing,I guess they made a mistake in the game guide....lol...it's a Nintendo guide of all things.Okay,now I need to know.where do I find the cheat for birth island?I have an Action Replay and I don't remember ever seeing this cheat.....
