    In the release of the whole 3rd Generation, we got a new Pokemon...
    "Pokemon, thy name is Deoxys!"

    This Pokemon isn't like the rest, it's different. It has a thing called formes, and these give it some stat alterations, resulting in changes in stats and looks:
    Normal Forme is the base forme, and is balanced with its offenses. This forme can be found in Ruby and Sapphire.

    Defense Forme has its stats focused on defense, and looks bulkier. You find this forme in LeafGreen.

    Speed Forme is based around being extremely fast, and makes it a speed demon, good for hazards. Its appearance is sleek and smooth. This Pokemon is the default forme of Deoxys in Emerald.

    and lastly, the Attack Forme has insane offensive capabilites, making it a threat when used effectively. This Pokemon looks ready for battle, and seems a bit more rough. This forme is in FireRed.

    Now, which one of these formes did you like best? Did you find a certain use for these formes? Were they useful to you on your travels?

    I personally didn't use any of the forms, but my favorites would have to be the Attack from and the Normal form.
     
    Personally never owned one, but my favourite forms would be Attack and Speed. Normal's one hand looks...creepy. And I'm not a fan of defence without any attacking capabilities.
     
    Oh bless you for using the gen III sprites. <3 Anyway, I never got to use any of them in Gen III. We didn't get any events here sob sob. But based on looks, I've always liked Attack Forme. It looks really majestic, yet deadly. And from what I understand, it is just that. lol Plus its sprite looks like an alien with no mercy and that...is awesome.
     
    I never owned one, personally. I just played it once in my friend's game.
    Oh well. I prefer attack forme because its attack and sp attack stats are pretty high. The HP always goes to the red zone, though. But still, I like it.
     
    The back sprite for the Natural Forme is just epic. Love using it. Plus Psycho Boost has a power of 140 which makes it the ultimate sweeper when it's in it's attack forme. Especially with a max base attack of 504.
     
    While I did like Speed forme of Deoxys' design more, I only used the Attack forme for battling. Granted, I never had the opportunity to use them on any physical copies of the game, but I loved plowing through the Elite Four with my level 100 Attack forme Deoxys.
     
    I was lucky enough to have a deoxys. I haven't tried the speed form ( because i never owned emerald ) Among the other forms the Normal one suits me better , it has more balanced stats than the other forms.
     
    I've always hated Deoxys and never will use it, but if by some miracle I use it or am forced to use it, I would go with the Defense mode Deoxys just because I prefer using Pokemon with higher Sp. Def and defense over any other highly stat Pokemon.

    Australia never got events till the 4th gen. I really liked the attack forme though. I just think it has the most appealing design. I never really liked how the normal forme could make it so that it had hands, I think it looks better with just the DNA strand like hands.

    omg yes. Normal forme has like...well, just look. Looks like a baseball glove. tbh, I laughed the first time I saw that sprite as a kid and imagined a cute lil baseball cap on his head to match. Or maybe he's singing, "Stop! In the name of love!"

    While we're on the subject of Deoxys, we were learning about DNA in science and I told my teacher that there was a Pokemon based on it, and I already knew what DNA stood for because of it. She was ecstatic I could even pronounce it haha. Drew a picture of Deoxys and turned it in and got 5 bonus points. 8) And that's how Pokemon has helped me academically, haha. Plus it's a really good picture...this was back when I could draw. ;o;
