Normal:

Base Stats: 50/150/50/150/50/150 (HP/Attack/Defense/SpAtk/SpDef/Speed)

Attack:

Base Stats: 50/180/20/180/20/150

Defense:

Base Stats: 50/70/160/70/160/90

Speed:

Base Stats: 50/95/90/50/90/180

Obviously this will be Deoxys-A since it can maul anything. But depending on your tier. Uber tier that belongs to Deoxys-A. As for OU it has to be the lovely speed freak Deoxys-S. UU belongs to Deoxys-D.

The original Deoxys. Attack form just does everything better.

Attack. It's semi-fast (second fastest form), and hits hard.

My fave is speed.

Coolest looking is speed.

I hate defense form. Shuckle :3

Normal is the worst competitively.

I am an defensive type person so my opinion would be Deoxys Defense form

none of them, I hate Psychic types except for Lugia and Latias It would have to be Defense Deoxys

I think Deoxys is the strongest legendary of all if you look at the top 100, it's near to 1st if not 1st in every category.

Best Deoxys forme competitively: Attack Forme, it can easily KO almost any Pokemon in the game with a single hit.

Favorite Deoxys forme: Attack Forme, for reason above, plus having head spikes is cool

Least favorite Deoxys forme: Defense Forme; it can't do much with its offenses. It looks a bit fat too, IMO.

Least useful Deoxys forme competitively: Normal Forme, for what Dragonomega said.

I would say Attack would definitely be the best to use competitively because it can sweep anything.

My favorite form is the Speed Form. Looks the coolest IMO and has the most balanced stats. Always moving first is a great plus, as well.

My least favorite is Defense. The design isn't very good and offensively, it's not good at all.

Least useful would be Defense IMO, for the reason above.

Attack is the best form imo. The worst is Defence. Attack form with max attack would kill in battles.

You know, competitively, all of Deoxys' formes can be used. Although, the defense forme is the least used because of other Pokemon who has better movepools and HP stats. But tbh, I don't have a favourite among all of them. I just like them, that's all.

I would say attack form and normal are the best forms to have, I like the defence form even though it's bulky looking, attack form is coolest, least favourite is normal, attack form is useful.
