I noticed my friend's Turtwig on PBR had the move "Curse" (and you kno who you are!!) And I wanna know, what it does, and how to get it. Plz help if you can!

Turtwig learns Curse at level 17.
Curse has 2 functions. For all Pokemon that are not Ghost, it increases Attack and Defense and Lowers Speed. For Ghosts, it cuts their HP in half and inflicts 1/4 damage on the foe at the end of each turn.
EDIT: If you meant how to get it for any Pokemon, you can only get it through Level up or egg move.

Various Pokemon learn Curse at different levels. Such Pokemon include Torkoal, Swampert, the Regis, etc.
And the typing of Curse is ???, which is a relatively unknown type with no weaknesses or resistances.
