Almost every game out there has credits, Pokémon has it too -- core games or side series.

So which credits are your favorites? Why?
What do you think about the credits in Generation VI games? Generation VI is the first generation to introduce interactive endings! Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire even surprised us with semi-customization endings by showing us the Pokémon we battled along during the story, so technically everyone can receive different endings! So if you have a special Pokémon like shiny ones, then you're lucky.

Side games - I actually love Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky. While I was sobbing from the ending, I was so happy when I got to return to my partner's side. I know that happy ending is bound to happen, but I can't help it and it made me smile at the end, hahaha! :')
Core games - The (GBA) Hoenn games' ending music holds a strong nostalgia feeling for me, while Platinum's scenes and music are somewhat soothing. :)

I like the ORAS ending credits the best so far. It's neat seeing the Pokemon you've used while battling the boss, gym leaders, rivals, and champion. I also like the extra bit at the end that leads to the Delta Episode.

I loved the ORAS endings. I thought they were fantastic! And the start to the Delta episode gave me chills! That music played and I was like "Ooh... what's happening next?!"

It's a difficult choice between that and the B/W endings however. I love the intense music that plays at the end of Black and White.

I really loved the OR/AS credits the best, because it shows your team and the moments where they starred in the important fights of the game. In my particular playthrough my Swampert pretty much got the most appearances in the credits because he did me so well in a lot of these battles, especially against some of the Gyms, Primal Kyogre (whose bulk saved me when I was catching it) and also Steven, where we had a battle of our Mega aces.

I really really like the ORAS credits! They show us the Pokémon that we use in important battles! How cool is that? So cool, and I loved the music too!All these things makes you remember the first steps of your journey in Hoenn! Omg, and that last part, which is an introduction to the Delta Episode! The music that played on that part creeped me! It's great that everyone can get different credits too!

I love the credits of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon : Explores of Sky and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team (something like that)! Those credits almost made me cry when I first played them! That really touches your heart!

 

[Hiatus]

Credit scenes from our more recent titles--Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, for example--are amazing in terms of detail and quality, if you ask me. They're fun to view! Older ones aren't bad, either, though, and due to nostalgia reasons, could even considered to be greater by some old-time players.

HeartGold and SoulSilver have the nicest credits in my opinion. Seeing them makes me happy every time. Too bad you can't really skip them which can be annoying if you've seen them so many times like myself.

Credits can skipped after the first credits, just simply press the 'start' button. Or you can simply soft reset at the first credits.

But never soft reset at the first credits from Generation V games and beyond.

 

[Retro Bug]

The credits are my favorite bits! I cannot wait to get to them each time. I'll watch them every time they don't really get old to me.

I have to say that, yeah, HG/SS have the best credits.

As the majority of those in this thread have said, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire's endings are the ones I find the nicest overall, getting to see the Pokémon you used throughout the journey at various points and remembering how they battled for you. It's even more meaningful if you're playing a Nuzlocke.

Honorable mention goes to Black 2 and White 2 - it shows your character going home and meeting with all the Gym Leaders one final time before then, and that music really just adds to the feels. (:
