3rd Gen complete pokedex

    finally just completed my sapphire pokedex, all 200 and it couldnt be more perfectly timed, pokemon firered comes out here in 9 hours.

    anyone else completed their sapphire pokedex? (WITHOUT CHEATING!!!!!!!!)
    and if so how long did it take you?
    what were the hard ones to get?

    took me a while because i didnt have 2 gba's, so i had to wait til one of my mates would let me trade

    last one in was cradilly, its such a proud moment for me, finally feel like ive achieved something after 247:16 of play
     
    wow! I really wanna complete emerald when it comes out too it looks like it'll be awesome

    well we won't be seein that post for a while, seeing as it doesn't even release till next year, but wanna have race to getting and beating it cranium? no cheats. I can already taste the speed deoxys...

    anyways...

    so when emerald comes out you will be able to catch all pokemon without the use of an event?

    My current Sapphire Pokedex stands at 194. I am missing Kingdra (still can't find the Dragon Scale), Mudkip, Marshtomp and Swampert, and Treecko, Grovyle and Sceptile. Oh, and Deoxys, but I can't get that legally anyway. But the rest I have caught legally. It's a general 'up yours' to those cheaters out there.

    I'm planning to trade everything over to FR when that comes out here (in a few hours from now) so I can get a complete National Dex, and in the meantime restart my Sapphire game and get the other two starters. Just got to hunt down a Dragon Scale for my Seadra in the meantime.

    you say a few hours but now its only 54 minutes til its release, im just going to take a shower and then im off to sit outside the shop
     
    200 completely. It helps when stealing your brothers GBA and playing on it until he tells your parents. I've also traded them over to FR, so I've got 381 (no Ho-oh, Lugia, Deoxys, Celebi, Mew). It was really hard work though - not worth the trouble you go through...
     
    I completed my dex a long time ago! It took me 7hrs for 202 Pokemon! And 1 hour to get 100 of the old Pokemon by trading from my LG into my Sapphire!I now have 303 Pokemon without cheating!
     
    I have.. oh, shoot, I lost my Sappirre game. XD I'll go find it, and edit my post when I do...

    EDIT: I have 188 pok?mon..
    BTW, do you get anything if you complete your pok?dex?

    Yes, if you get 202 Pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire, you get a Trainer Star, and a certificate saying you've collected all the Pokemon.

    Note that this number includes Jirachi and Deoxys, so you'll need both of those to complete the Dex.
     
    erm i wasnt actually saying i completed my pokedex in 287 hours
    wow i would have to sook if that was the case
    no i only recently decided i wanted it full
    just needed 6 to do it and did it

    and erm chris yeah you did cheat because deoxys STILL isnt available to get without cheating, nevermind when you completed your R/S pokedex. unless you used a time machine to get hold of emerald/go to pokemon rocks.

    when i said i completed it i meant the ones you were able to catch in R/S so i didnt mean deoxys, and i got jirachi from the colloseum bonus disc.

    Fish for him on route 119, when it's not raining. Then feed him one Lv. 50 pok?block (blend patmire), and then give him more Lv. 23-30 pok?blocks (blend Kelpsy, Cornn, Wiki, etc.) until it's at max. Then a rare candy. It'll evolve into Milotic. :) Hope that will help. XD
     
    i couldnt evolve my 60 feebas sitting in my boxes because i had the berry glitch, so i just traded off my mates game, he had a beautiful level 100 milotic.

    oh and rain doesnt have nothing to do with catching feebas

    Yes, Feebas come out when it's not raining, and it stops raining when nature flowers is the Deford trend.
