3rd Gen Cheats for Pokemon Ruby

Is there a cheat where you can edit your pokemon's level but not using the rare cany cheat? I need this because in my save game, my PC crashed and I dont wish to spend another 8 hours re-training it..

Well, you could get the cheat for the pokemon you had, then, have the code for what level wild pokemon is always at, then use the unlimited masterball cheat =/ That's what I did
