Cheat Code Question for Emerald: Change Pokemon So It Acts Like It Was Traded From Someone Else's Game?

A question: Is there a cheat code for Pokemon Emerald that allows a Pokemon you've caught to act like it was traded from another game? I ask because I wasn't able to trade a Spinerak into Emerald (curse you, Pokedex strictures!), so I cheat code'd one into the wild, but I still want it to be able to gain double experience/perhaps not obey me like it was traded from someone else.

I don't know of any such cheat codes. What you could do is if you're playing on a ROM, use XSE to make an NPC that trades a Spinarak hehe.

If you're emulating it / has access to the save file, you could just PkHeX the Snorlax to have a different trainer ID than your own. That ought to do the trick.
