I got research level 10 on every Pokemon and Laventon won't give me the Shiny Charm

It's been awhile but doesn't your pokeball count also have to be 242 and not 232?

Well, just to make this clear for everyone that needs help with the shiny charm in PLA. Like in every game, you need to complete the PokéDex. To do that, you need to get the level 10 for each pokemon in the Hisuian Pokedex (till 242).
