    I can if it is Romi Paku! ^^

    I was watching Gakuen Alice & I was like he sounds like Ed when I heard Natsume speak. XD
     
    Not so much in the original j-audio, but there are a few English voice actors I easily recognize. Michelle Ruff, Stephanie Sheh, and Johnny Young Bosch being a few of them.
     
    Johnny Young Bosch and Kenichi Suzumura mostly, I guess it helps that I've seen a ton of what they've been in. And I guess Vic Mignogna lately as well.
     
    I can't distinguish between seiyuu for the most part, seeing as I don't watch enough anime in the original Japanese as I should.

    As for English voice actors, let's just say I'm a bit too familiar with their voices, especially where Los Angeles and Vancouver folks are concerned. Steve Blum, Johnny Yong Bosch, Crispin Freeman, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Richard Epcar, Melissa Fahn, Kate Higgins, Brad Swaile, Kirby Morrow... The list goes on and on and on.
     
    Eh, not that many. For Japanese, Takahiro Sakurai and Ikue.

    English, Joshua Seth (When he was pretty popular), Debi Derryberry, and Vic Mignogna.
     
    Nope, not in Japanese anyways, In english uh..Animax dubbers- That I can indentify.
     
    Yes in mostly in dubs. But now I can identify a few in subs too. When I hear someone voice...I am thinking where did I hear this voice before...and then I recognize it right away. Let me give you a few examples. Here are some anime I seen in Japanese that I could indentify.

    Sailor Moon<--->Excel Saga<---->Fruits Basket-Usagi/Excel/Kagura-Mitsuishi Kotono

    GTO<---->Naruto: Shippudden<---->Bleach-Onizuka/Tobi/Ganjuu-Takagi Wataru

    Fullmetal Alchemist<---->Bleach-Edward Elric/Toushirou-Romi Paku

    A little map I made up, lol. As you can see those voice actors did these guys, but I when they do a different character...I can recognize them right way. Not going to a dub one, because there will be alot. I just woking on recognizing the subs now.
     
    Not really. Cam Clarke is probably the only voice actor I can tell in an instant. XD And I guess Quinton Flynn 'cause he doesn't change his voice.

    I'm not very good with any others, though. D:
     
    I can't distinguish anything in Japanese versions, but in dubs, I can tell a few.

    Crispin Freeman's easy to pick out because he only ever has three different voices.

    Cam Clarke is easy for me, because I was around in 1989 when Ninja Turtles became really big, and he was the voice of Leonardo in the cartoon. So I can pick out his voice whenever he sounds like that.

    Sherry Lynn almost always sounds like Sasami from Tenchi. Speaking of which, am I the only one that thinks she would be a great voice actor for Cream in Sonic?

    Joshua Seth is another one that's pretty easy to pick out. He always has that distinct voice.

    Christine Cavanaugh also had that unique one-of-a-kind style that she used. Sadly, she isn't in voice acting anymore, but I could tell you just by listening when she was doing a voice.

    Kath Soucie's another one like that. I can usually tell who she voices just by listening. Though there's a couple cases where I didn't know she was voicing a character.

    Mary Elizabeth McGlynn is another one. Any character that sounds like Kusanagi from GITS is easy to pick out.
     
    I can tell apart some of the main Japanese VAs that do multiple series. Most english VAs are identifiable but who watches dubs anyway.

    I've got unfortunate news for you.

    Um, about 40 to 50 percent of people that have cable? Not everyone has access to, or is even aware of where to go for subbed Anime. Not to mention there are ALOT of people (read: most of the people at my store) that simply don't have the patience to read subtitles. Or they just refuse to watch them because they don't feel like reading everything the characters are saying for however long the movie or show is. So they actively avoid subbed movies and Anime like the plague.

    I'm not that kind of person, but sadly most people are.

    Japanese: Romi Paku, Fumiko Orisawaka(Rukia and Shirly's VA >_<), Jun Fukuyama, Junichi Sawabe, and Daisuke Namikawa.

    Easiest voice for me to recognize is Yamaguchi Kappei`s fo sho`. Also, Richard Ian Cox.

    ... but I guess those are the only two who I can recognize.
     
    ^ Funny thing is, they both voiced Inuyasha.. xD;
    However, their voices are easy enough to recognize.

    Same with Paku Romi, and Vic Mignogna, who both voiced Ed in FMA.
    They have pretty recognizable voices, as well. -nods-

    I can recognize a lot of VA's right off, which is why watching dubs is so amusing to me.
    I suppose I can also pick out certain seiyuu as well, but certainly not as many as I can with english VA's.
    I'm really into voice-acting, and the VA's here in the states, or Canada's VIZ.. so I find it rather easy to pick them out.
     
    The only seiyuu I can recognize is Miyano Mamoru (Tamaki Suou OHHC, Yagami Light DN) because of his distinct voice.

    Otherwise, I have a really hard time recognizing any of them. xD;; And english dubbers I can't recognize at all, since I don't hear them all too often.
     
    I have a hard time. The only ones who I know straight away are Wakamoto (quite obvious anyway...), Kappei, Mizuki Nana and Shiraishi. That's about it.
     
    Only one I really recognise is Kentaro Ito. Renji's Japanese VA. And Kenpachi's Can't remember his name, it's mainly when I watch other Anime's and I recognise the voice from BLEACH XD. Not good with names though.

    Yes! Kentaro Ito's is another voice I can recognize right off the bat! Probably because I've heard Renji and Ryotaro so much. xD; I guess the more unique the voice and the more it shows up, the easier it is for me to tell. ^^;
