3rd Gen Can pokemon inherit moves from move tutors?

    Basically I am wondering if I get a move tutor move on a pokemon will it be able to breed and pass it down to offspring assuming everything else is fine?
     
    No they can't, starting from Gen III games. Unless those moves are legible egg moves for that certain Pokemon specie.
     
    As the others said, it's not possible because only level-up moves or TMs can be inherited most of the time. Move Tutor moves may still be passed down if it's available as an egg move though.
